Reliable service accomplished in a timely fashion -slightly slower in big storms. I really like their use of Facebook and/or Twitter to tell clients when trucks are starting out.

Unreliable at best. I have to call every single time and leave a complaint before they show up the next day or in the afternoon of the snow dump. Absolute frustration each time we have a snow fall. Hardly ever got my walk way or drive way cleaned in the morning unlike the rest of my neighbors who are with another company. When complain they say well go with the other company..but refuse to refund me the paid fee.

The service provided by this company has deteriorated since they seem to have gained a lot more clients and have become too big. They rush through clearing the driveways doing a poor job since they seem to be in a rush. I had to call them several times to do my walkway for which I pay extra. It was finally done a day later.

After having tried two other snow removal companies, Worry Free is by far the best and I have been a client for several years now. They follow not only the city road plows schedules, but also take into consideration the city sidewalk plows as well. We all know how heavy the street snow can be and I can count on Worry Free to take of that for me.

Worry Free have been clearing our driveway every winter since we moved to Orleans in 2009. They do an excellent job, but more importantly it's their customer service that keeps bringing us back. On occasions where we've needed an earlier snow clearing, or after the city plow has made an unexpected extra pass, it never took more than a quick call to get a tractor sent out. Very happy with the service! :)

Worry Free went above and beyond with this weeks ice/snow storm. Although a little less than 5cm, they came out in terrible conditions and did a great job!! Thank you

If you are able to shovel your driveway on your own and considering hiring worry free for the convenience, don't bother. Horrible service. They only come once, even during heavy snow falls. Snow ends up being so packed and heavy their tractors can't clear it. They've never had my driveway cleared prior to me coming home from work. I end up doing it myself. I made the mistake of waiting for them a few times and now my driveway is an ice rink. Save your money.

SNOW REMOVAL IS ALWAYS OVER 24HRS AFTER SNOWFALL. SNOW THAWS AND REFREEZES BY THE TIME THE PLOUGH GOES BY MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO REMOVE . THE SIDEWALK CLEARING IS SLOPPY, ITS BEEN HRS SINCE THE CITY PLOUGH HAS GONE BY, AND THE CAR HAS COMPACTED DOWN THE MOUND. THEY HAVE TAKEN ON TOO MANY CLIENTS, TOO GREEDY, INEFFICIENT, TARDY. WILL NOT RENEW.
