Several years ago, I would have said Worry Free did a pretty good job. It is 2017.... I have had to shovel my own drive way with every snowfall we have received this year so far!... I am not happy they do not answer their phones...( probably due to many complaints of poor service) their sloppy snow-blowing job, it is 3:27 p.m. and no one has been by once. same as yesterday ! Yet, when I drove to do errands yesterday, streets all around us were getting done?! I would NOT recommend Worry Free anymore. One time when I did see them come onto our street ( I had already shoveled my double driveway ) watched the snow plow go into someone's driveway ...spend very little time, and as he is driving out of the driveway and onto the road, he is still spewing snow all the way down the street onto other people's property!

I am extremely disappointed with the service, company failed to meet standards listed on their contract (almost always failed to show up to shovel the snow until after 6pm following a snow storm) and the customer service was unbearable (lacked common courtesy). Waste of my money and my time. Thoroughly disappointed.

Use to be good service but not anymore. Show up end of the day or in the night after it has snowed all day; do lousy job of blowing out the snow; broke my ease trough downpipe today that I just replaced; I think, as another customer said, they have over-extended themselves and cannot provide good service; never was happy with their customer client representative when you phoned to complain, as she was rude and arrogant. Would not recommend to others and will not use them again next year.

This is our third year with Worry Free and I believe they have over extended their ability to keep up with demand. They used to be good. They used to come out and plow in the morning around 7 am before work (at least one lane if they are busy). Not anymore, they come out once a day even with over 15 cm of snow throughout the day. That's if they show up. Now they have not shown up (twice), and my neighbours and I have had to call several times to remind them that they missed our street. Each call is frustrating because they can't give us a reason for missing the street and/or the delay.

I have been using their snow removal service for 4 years now. Quality of service this year is terrible. They for get our street at every major snowfall, that is what the person that answers the phone tells me every time i call wondering why snow is not removed more than 12 hours after snow stops falling, and i notice all drivewYs with worry free signs on other streets around my neighbourhood have been cleared. They keep narrowing the width of my driveway, just yesterday, almost 2 feet from markers that are installed on edge of the pavement!!!!!! I spoke to a supervisor about the issues last week, he was very nice, said he would put a note in the file , and come back to clean it out. No one ecer showed up. I think they grew too big too fast, and consistency of the service is at it s lowest ever. I am not satisfied at all this year, and we are only in december!!!!!!!!!

They do not respect their contract. Snow plowing is done in late afternoon even though there was a snowfall of over 5cm overnight. This past weekend nobody showed up, had to clean the snow myself. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I'm a new customer of Worry Free Snow Removal this year 2016/17. Saturday, December 17/16. The worker clean the driveway of my neighbor but not mine...he kind of skipped mine for some reason!! Also and although I paid for it, they won't shovel my walkway until Sunday morning Dec 18/16. Very sad service. Btw, this is my third complaint since November 25, 2016. Wow!!

I've been with this company for 2 years and am very pleased with their service - I can't do without them anymore! :) They are very reliable and do a great job - very dedicated staff. Often times, they will come by twice (or more when needed) to ensure they also clear the snow left later by the city plows. During the last crazy snowfall (50 cm), they even did the bottom of my driveway before 7 am the next day! At times, they even come by when there is just under 5 cms of snow (minimal amount for clearing services). Very reliable! And I really appreciate their timely Facebook updates - you know when they will be coming to clear the driveways, and they offer information on the schedule of the city plows and weather updates.

I have been with Worry free for a few years now. I am always extreamly satisfied with their service. The driveway and entrance is cleared quickly after the snow has fallen and they always finish off with a maintenance run to make sure it is done right. They are very fast to respond requests and questions. I Will continue to use and recommend Worry Free as long as the snow continues to fall.
