    Snow Removal

    Worry Free came to me in July of 2015 and solicited me for a snow removal contract. The first snow fall of the year on December 29th and they did not deliver. I called numerous times. They were rude and promised to call me back four times and never did. They actually stopped answering their phones during the day. My lane way finally got cleared at 9:00 pm. They sent everyone a customer satisfaction survey several days later which I completed and sent it indicating my dissatisfaction with the company. No follow up, rude people answering the phones, way too many contracts that they can't possibly deliver.....half of Orleans have contracts with this company. Again yesterday I had to contact them to see when they were going to clear my lane way. They finally did it sometime after 2:00 am. Who are these people who give this snow removal company great reviews? One individual who did give a glowing review of this company just happens to be a former employee who now lives in Calgary and provided a review in November of this year! A little suspicious I would say! I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Beware!

    Snow Removal

    First year with Worryfree. I paid for this service in November hoping to get satisfactory results after hearing all the horror stories of shady contractors. Well here I sit at 7:20 PM with no sign of any snow removal. I watched last night as Mr. Berube went on television with his big story of how he would be up at 4:00 AM to begin dispatching his equipment. First pass was to happen before 11:00AM. Well I'm still waiting. Perhaps instead of being greedy and taking all the last minute contracts you should have honored the contracts already signed and paid. I won't be back. And I will advise my neighbors in the condo group to not use your service next year.

    I apologize that you feel our service wasn't up to par. In any storm, snow is incredibly unpredictable but our staff work hard to get to you as quick as possible. This particular storm you refer to happened to be a 40cm snowfall and with storms of this magnitude our service slows down for safety and external factors. We appreciate your business.

    Snow Blowing

    I have been using Worry Free Snowblowing for my parents for years and I am always happy with their service and feel comfortable that my parents can get in and out and not have to worry about shovelling the walkway either. Great service guys, truly appreciate all the work.

    Snow plowing

    My neighbours on both sides of me use Worry Free Snow Blowing and I have watched them do an excellent job. So this year I decided to hire them and I am very pleased. I did phone to see if they would be coming and a nice lady handled my call. They are awesome!!

    Snow removal

    I used Worry Free for a number of years. In the beginning they had smaller blowers and were more reliable. As the company got bigger they expanded and got bigger equipment which did scrape up my driveway... I left them then returned and the service was not much better... Once they left these huge banks d ridges that narrowed my driveway's entrance enough to make me call them again. and again etc. Finally one evening I saw the tractor out there having done a neighbours and missed my driveway completely... I went out into the street and tried to flag him... the driver saw me but ignored me... so it was many more hours again before anyone came out. One year they came out so few times I judged it had cost me $45 a visit. Sad to say that a once great service went down hill because client service was not at the top of their list. Also I found that they don't deal well with complaints... the wife (who used to answer the phone) was quite short tempered and inflexible when it came to their service shortcomings.

    Snow removal

    We took pictures of the work not done! After calling the company to get our snow cleared as per contract, we unfortunately had to clear our own driveway and walkway. We took photographs to prove the work was not done since calling the owner with our concerns was not useful, nor was he concerned or apologetic for failing his customers. All he said was everyone is complaining! Buyer beware!

    Snow Blowing Service

    The service is adequate. Snow is removed during snowfall events and the ploughs seem to follow city ploughs as their MO. The people on the phone/home office are the most unpleasant, disgruntled, customer unfriendly people that you will ever meet. They speak to their clients as though we are a nuisance. If the snow removal business was not so necessary this company would not survive on account of terrible customer relations.

    Snow Removal

    Service was exceptional, that is why we went with them again this year. We barely had any snow but the few times it did snow, they would be out clearing our driveway and steps. When other companies haven't went out because they had to have so many inches of snow. I would recommened Worry Free Snow Removal to any of my friends or family.

    Snow Removal

    Last year their service was exceptional, that is why we went with them again this year. However this year, their service has been less than satisfactory. Prior to Christmas we barely had any snow, so we didn't see the signs until the new year. The few times it did snow, they were not what I would consider timely, they would arrive in the evening which is not ideal if you have to put your car in your garage after work. Their solution to this was to have me park on the street. However since they come after 7:00 p.m. that is the time the city parking ban usually starts. Yesterday, they 'forgot' to come altogether. Their solution to my frustration was to have me come to their office and manage their business, which was totally inappropriate. Use at your own risk.
