    Thanks ADAM ! Great , Fast , Clean JOB !

    Acclaimed had replaced our furnace a while back , great job ! So when the hot water tank went , of course we went back to ACCLAIMED ! Made a phone call and ADAM was at the house a few hours later. Great guy , replaced the hot water tank with a smile on his face the entire time. Adam also did a wonderful job on the clean up ! You made my day !

    Furnace cleaning

    I have been using Acclaimed for furnace installation and cleanings for almost 15 years. We've never been disappointed with their service. Today was no exception. Gabriel arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was most professional and went above and beyond to make sure the house was returned to the state he found it. I was impressed at how hard he worked, as unfortunately he had to work alone today. That's a big job for one person! I've always been happy to support Keven and Tami's company and I will happily continue to use Acclaimed in the future. Thanks Keven, Tami and Gabriel!

    Furnace Cleaning

    I called for service and they came out the next day! Gabriel and Kieran were both professional and efficient. They got the job done in a very timely manner and did an excellent job. I would definately recommend this company to anyone who requires their services. Thank You!

    Efficient and trustworthy

    On the coldest day so far this winter, our furnace stopped pushing heat through the house. Ed came out with his assistant, Jan, and assessed the situation, replaced what needed to be replaced and was on his way. I felt quite confident that only the item that needed to be replaced at this time was replaced, saving us from unnecessary expense. I will definitely feel confident calling Acclaimed should the furnace have any further difficulties.

    Furmace Maintainence

    Easy to book an appointment. I got a call the day before to remind me of the appointment. Ed came within the time period specified. He is very knowledgeable, explained what I should look out for. Very happy with the service

    Going with Acclaim for a/c was our worst decision of the year.

    Our quote for a/c with Acclaim was a bit higher than other companies but we went with them due to the high reviews and supposed commitment to customer service. Unfortunately after waiting longer than promised for installation, the expensive unit we had already paid a 30% deposit on did not work at all. It did not work as soon as the installers left. Two service calls did not resolve the problem and it seemed obvious the unit was defective. Eventually they agreed to replace the unit with one that worked. The entire process took over two weeks and the inconvenience of several service calls. I know the company can't help that it was very hot and August and I was very pregnant but it made the wait seem extremely long and with the defective equipment installed, I could not call another company to come and install something that would work. I had assumed that the deposit was taken with the understanding any equipment installed would be operational. Even the service people admitted we had received very poor service. So we figured that with their reputation Acclaim would offer some sort of discount for our considerable frustration and inconvenience. Not only did they not offer, they refused when we asked, saying it was the supplier's issue which really wasn't our problem. On top of this, the office charged our credit card without our approval then called demanding to know why it had been declined. It had been declined because the bank was doing its job. At least they were apologetic about that, but really nothing else. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with our experience.

    Hi Fiona, We totally understand your frustration. It is a rare situation when equipment is defective in our world. We would love to replace units immediately, if we even considered that it might be defective to save all time, money and stress. However the process is laid out for us and our hands are tide. As I am sure you experienced, we need to get approval from our supplier, who then needs to get approval from the manufacture. They need proof that we have exhausted all options that it is not something that can be fixed or that it was not human error. We need to plead the case for our customers. Removal and replacing a full air conditioner is a huge and costly task that they don't take lightly. Understandably it is very similar in many industries~however taxing for all parties. We are highly motivated to move through this process as quickly as we can. The manufacturer replaced the unit in the end as a straight exchange but they do not pay us ANYTHING for our time or our labour costs to try and rectify the issue, removal & replacing the unit even if it is a defective unit~ out of our control. Our end goal is to give our customers great service and we look forward to be of service to our customers for many years afterwards. We are very sorry you had to experience this at all. Thankfully it is rare to have defective products as we start with reputable brands. Our team felt terrible and had immense empathy, as they were helpless to move this quicker then the 2 weeks. "1 out of 10 stars" came as a shocking to our team. In the end we stood behind our commitment to provide a well installed and running a/c and advocate for the replacement as quickly as we could. Hopefully in time you will be able to forgiven us and be able to move forward as you enjoy your air conditioned home! Happy Holidays!

    Garage Heater Installation

    Had a garage heater installed after buying a house this summer (home was built in 1961). After two weeks of usage, we had some issues with exterior existing gas lines to garage. Acclaimed returned, determined the source of the problem and fixed the problem at no additional charge. Very happy we choose a reputable company such as acclaimed that gaurantees their work. The initial problem was unfortunate, but they returned and fixed it in a matter of days. Would recommend to others for sure!

    servicing furnace and humidifier and cleaning vents

    Kris did a very thorough job of explaining what he was doing with my furnace and what needed attention. Learned alot, as I just bought this house it was good to learn how my furnace and humidifier work. Would recommend Kris and this company. work order 22720.

    Furnace/AC Cleaning

    We had our home furnace and a/c system cleaned following home renos where we had our porcelain tile flooring removed! The dust was horrendous so was a perfect time to get this done. The men who came to work, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this company!

    Third company is the charm

    I had called the biggest Edmonton company to have a furnace tune up; was told that because it was old, I should consider replacement and get an estimate. I got an estimate and was shocked at the sticker price. So I called another large company and asked for an estimate ... they too, were pricey. Then I called Acclaim. Great appointment work from Jessica, who arranged to have the Service Manager, Ed, come as his last stop on his way home -- to give a third opinion on the service or replace question. Ed was fantastic ... knowledgeable, personable, honest. I know there are no guarantees on an older furnace, but the information Ed shared led me to repair, saving thousands (I have two furnaces). I asked about duct cleaning; he used his phone to call and set up the appointment and we got it scheduled right away. I was VERY thankful for the professional expertise and service, from booking to final handshake. THRILLED.
