    What a relief!

    I woke up yesterday to an odd sound in our basement and found one of our water heaters had blown out and was leaking all over. I contacted Acclaimed and by dinner time that same day the old unit was gone, an new one was in its place and we had hot water again!

    Excellent service

    I booked furnace cleaning with Acclaimed and mentioned to the person organizing the booking (Jessica I think -- very helpful) that the condensation pump by my furnace did not sound quite right. So we booked a service call for that too. Ed came out and found the problem immediately. He was so pleasant, courteous, organized and knowledgeable. I would gladly have paid to replace the pump entirely -- and when I do have to, I will definitely go through Acclaimed. But Ed was able to replace just one small part and get the pump working again. You know when you pay for a service of some kind and you're sort of bracing yourself for when something goes wrong? With Acclaimed so far , nothing goes wrong! I am looking forward to the furnace cleaning now too!

    Furnace/Thermostat Help

    I'm new to Edmonton and the heat in my rental condo wasn't working. I called Acclaimed and they sent someone the same day. The provider (Ed) was fantastic. He fixed the problem but more importantly taught me what was wrong and ways to troubleshoot myself. I actually learned a lot about furnaces today! I would definitely recommend this company and will call them again if I need anything. Thanks so much!

    new furnace

    This company is terrific!!! Dan, the salesperson, was charming, pleasant, polite and spent all the time we needed to answer our questions. The quote was transparent and very well explained. Dan set up our install two days after the quote and everything was completed in less than two more days. The technicians were fast, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. Our new Trane furnace replaces two old ones, is very compact and very very quiet. We it and we love Acclaimed!

    Furnace installation

    Acclaimed is an excellent company. They installed a new Trane furnace replacing a Lennex. What a great furnace..super quiet and efficient. Dan, their salesperson, is super knowledable. He gave us options to choose from and made a great recommendation. He booked the installation for 2 days latter and the install crew arrive right on time..no waiting!!. The where very efficient and polite and did a great installation. I would recommend Dan and Acclaimed to anyone.

    New Water Heater

    Spoke to Kevin Lackey directly and a new water heater installation was scheduled within a few days ( it wasn't an emergency- the existing heater was just aging rapidly). Chris the installer was on time, pleasant, tidy and was done in less than two hours. It looks great and is backed by a solid guarantee. Looking forward to hot baths! #22134

    Furnace

    The service was excellent. When called on the weekend when we our old furnace decided not to work, the service guy Dan came over within an hour and was able to give us a quote. When we scheduled the appointment for the new install he guys showed up on time and we're very friendly as well, even with our pets. The left no mess and everything was so easy. I wwould definetly recommend Acclaimed!!

    Fix Furnace Duct WO#: 20685

    Ed was on time as as promised and fixed the furnace ducts within minutes. Very professional and was very satisfied with the service I got from acclaimed. Just booked my furnace cleaning with them as well. Glad I went with the my friend's recommendation and will book all my future furnace services with this company!

    disconnect gas line

    This is the third time I have called Acclaimed with great satisfaction. Ed was been here again and was very professional. He explains the job to me and then gets it done to my satisfaction. I would recommend Acclaimed to anyone.

    Hot Water Tank

    Dan Kacew is excellent in his knowledge of the product and recommending the proper hot water tank for our home. He was prompt and very professional. Chris, the serviceman was also very Courteous and efficient in his work. We are very satisfied and look forward to future dealings with Acclaimed.
