    Repair of garage heater + humidifier

    Called in to have some minor repairs to my garage heater and humidifier. Same-day service, repairman (Ed - WO#21415) was efficient and explained what was wrong to me. Made every attempt to keep costs under control by repairing what was there rather than replacing parts. This company also put in my air conditioner last year which we are very happy with. Thanks.

    Furnace, AC, Hot Water Tank Replacement

    After doing significant research and receiving 4 quotes from various companies I decided to go with Dan and Acclaimed. I was looking for a company that I believed would provide the best installation and service, as I had read horror stories of good product, but bad installations and/or follow up. Adam and Chris did a fantastic job in their two days at our home. Very professional and thorough in their work - replacement of furnace, AC, HWT, and humidifier. I would definitely recommend Adam and Chris.

    Furnace inspection, furnace installation

    We booked a furnace inspection and duct cleaning for an old furnace in a recently purchased home. Ed found a hole in the heat exchanger, which he had me take a look at through his camera, and explained the risk of CO inhalation. We had Dan come to give us a quote on a new furnace. He listened to what we were looking for, and suggested a very reasonable replacement furnace, and within a week of the inspection, we had a new furnace. The installers were very easy to talk to, and worked efficiently throughout the day. The cost of the inspection was applied towards the cost of the new furnace. Dan was easily reachable and able to manage communication between the office, installers, and us. I would recommend Acclaimed to my friends and family for furnace problems and maintenance.

    Furnace repair

    Service provider Ed Work no 21052 I was very pleased with the service I received. Although my furnace is very old and I know I will need a new one in the near future. Ed fixed my furnace and explained how the part worked and did not try to pressure me into buying a furnace I cannot afford at the moment. When I replace my furnace I shall call Acclaim first.     Air conditioning repair and quote

    Ed came to repair our A/C unit. He was very professional, trusting and offered great advice as well as a fix. Would recommend to others and will be first call with any heating, cooling or humidity purchases or fixes! Love to support small local business!

    Furnace cleaning

    The special deal was one of the best in edmonton in terms of price. Quality of the technicians were average as one of the staff who came was just 2nd day into the job and we expected a much better cleaning service. The main person apologized for forgetting to do 6 vents in our unfinished basement but deducted the price (again, we expected a more professional and experienced person). The wire brush cleaning was good but not done the greatest way as I would expect a more thorough approach by spending bit more time with the brush. Comparing the price they are decent but have to try another company next time to see whether a better price would give more professional experienced guys doing the job.

    A/C Inspection WO 19618 - Provider: Ed

    Acclaimed installed my A/C a few years ago. They do my furnace & A/C inspections & duct cleaning every year. They are amazing. Always receive superior service. Thank you Acclaimed team!

    A/C repair

    WO#19767 Our AC unit stopped working about 3 weeks ago. We called another company first to come out and assess and repair the problem, but they quoted me over $2000 for repair of a leak they suspected. I then called Acclaimed Heating for a second opinion. When I spoke with Keven, he was very good at explaining how their company assesses problems differently then other companies. I was please the hear that I wasn't going to get dinged with an expensive bill right off the bat. When the service manager, Ed, came to assess my AC, he was excellent at explaining all of the issues at hand and options on the course of actions we can take. He was honest and very professional with his assessment and recommendations on the repair. He was able to fix our AC unit and had it up and running very efficiently. The cost of the repair was less than 1/4 of what I got quoted from the first company I dealt with. I would recommend Acclaimed 100%. My parents bought a new furnace and installed by Acclaimed a few years ago and were extremely happy with everything.

    "Acclaimed" a company with great service!

    We had a problem with our H-Vac and after not having much success getting another service company to come, we phoned "Acclaimed" they sent us the service manager (Ed) and he was here the very next morning, early. He diagnosed the problem in no time and had the part ordered which he said could take up to a week to come in. They phoned us that very same day and told us it was in and he could come and install the next day! Ed is very personable and knows his job very well, was great at answering any questions we had. Even the lady that answers the phone is great! We were very impressed with the service! A++++
