    Furnace humidifier repair

    I've used Acclaimed twice now and the service is excellent. Ed was knowledgable and courteous. As always, the service technicians at Acclaimed treat your home with the utmost care. I would recommend Acclaimed to anyone.

    Furnace cleaning and inspection . WO # 16482

    I was very pleased with the great service I received from you company. The servicemen , Gabriel and Jonathan were very professional and thorough in everything they did during this service call. I've dealt with several other companies but my search is finally over. Gabriel answered all of my questions in a very professional manner and was intent on making sure I was satisfied. Kudos to both of these fine gentlemen and to your company. Bravo!

    Furnace repair

    Ed had me text him a photo of the information/model number of my furnace so he could have spare parts available for multiple scenarios. This meant he did the repair that day within 15 mins and did not have to return another day with parts. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The lady I talked to on the phone was friendly, accommodating and efficient with her follow ups.

    Furnace and humidifier cleaning and servicing

    This was the first time I've used Acclaimed services and it was an exceptional experience. The service people were polite, professional, on time and very tidy. Everything I could of wanted..l definatly will be calling them again!

    furnace and humidifier installation

    The job was very well done. The furnace is in the laundry room behind the door. I had taken the door off so it was not in the way. They finished the installation at about 530PM and when I put the door back on it was realized that the exhaust and intake pipes were in the way of the door swing. They came back a week later and fixed it. The tradesmen were great, very outgoing, and well mannered. Thank you for your services!!

    Furnace Malfunction the week before Christmas - 16394

    I have been an Acclaimed client for many years for furnace cleaning and service and repairs, and have always been very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the work completed. Last weekend, the Sunday before Christmas, my furnace started malfunctioning during very cold weather. I called Acclaimed’s emergency number and spoke with Ed. He talked me through a restart sequence which got the furnace running again. After determining what the problem was, he placed an emergency order for parts, and installed a new motor two days before Christmas, giving me peace of mind that I’d have heat over the holiday season. Thank you Ed and Acclaimed for outstanding customer support and service. Best wishes for continued success in 2016! Lorrie

    Kevin and John were quick polite and efficient on WO#15892. I was very satisfied with the work and all the explanations of the work as well as the advice. I would definitely recommend this company to others

    Unforeseen Furnace Issues *16200*

    After having only recently purchased our house in the summer, and never having experienced a winter with the "new to us" furnace, as soon as the cold weather hits--the furnace acts up. We couldn't keep the darn thing running and the house was getting cold, so we called up Acclaimed and were promptly booked in for a service call. Wow, wow, wow! Ed Patenaude arrives at the scene; courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Seeing as we had no past history with the furnace (and potential previously existing issues), Ed had to do a lot of investigative and problem-solving work to locate the problem and devise a solution. Not a problem for this tech, within no time Ed had our furnace running properly and the house was made comfortable. Ed went above and beyond our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Acclaimed again if we encounter future issues, and we'll definitely be calling if this old furnace kicks-the-bucket and we require a replacement. Thanks Ed!
