    Installation of air conditioner. Heating vent cleaning.

    Excellent service. It was a pleasure dealing with Dan Kacew from Acclaimed. He was very professional and answered all of my questions regarding buying an air conditioner. The installation was very quick; I think they took just over half a day to do it.

    Furnace maintainance

    My furnace stopped producing heat on a cold day. I contacted Acclaimed at 7:30 a.m. and spoke directly with an employee who arranged to have a service technician at my house by 11 a.m. that same morning. The furnace was fixed, a new part was ordered, the service was prompt, and the service technician was courteous and polite. I could not have asked for better service!

    Furnace Replacement

    Acclaimed replaced my dying 20-year old York furnace with a brand new Trane. They matched competitor's pricing, showed up on time and did what they had committed to do. Inspection passed with flying colors. Would highly recommend them. The new Trane is functioning well so far.

    new furnace/ac installation

    We had excellent service from Dan and his team. Dan was very thorough in explaining product features to us. He was very professional, kind, and patient and took time to review all facets of the job with us. He answered all our phone calls immediately even on weekends. Job was completed with virtually no mess and in good time over a day and half. They had to bore a hole into our basement wall to put some cables through for the AC and visitors to our home have commented on the neatness of the job. Our new furnace is so quiet we don't even know it's on most of the time. We were also concerned about noise with the Ac but again we are pleased that it is so quiet. Thank you Acclaimed!!

    Furnace/AC

    Furnace and AC installation. Friendly. On time. No issues. Duct cleaning went fast and efficient. Came out to tofield. Only semi disappointing issue was installation of thermostat was put in a different location then old one causing holes and paint issues.

    Purchase and install of new furnace

    Acclaimed! has an A+ rating with BBB and we can see why. Dan in Sales visited to assess our needs and provide recommendations and estimates. He explained about different kinds of furnaces, and about brand reliability, and gave us estimates on three products, and we bought a high efficiency Trane furnace. He also noticed a label on our old furnace from a prior service job that gave us a discount, and he was happy to count this. The men who came to remove our old furnace were very respectful and took care of keeping things clean. They noticed some pipe work from another product installation that was of inferior material and they replaced it with a solid pipe (something extra?) and we appreciated this. We also liked how they took care in sealing everything really well. We're happy with this furnace and like how quiet it is. Everyone was really nice, helpful and respectful; Melinda, too, who called with reminders and additional explanations. Altogether a very good experience.

    Furnace service

    Work order #15888. There was a slight mixup with our booking -- a message that we re-booked our appointment got lost in the office somewhere. Nevertheless, Acclaimed's office took care of us and sent out Ed that same day. He called to say he was on his way, asked some questions about the problem, and by the time he arrived he had a good idea of what he needed to do. He was very polite (even took his shoes off without being asked!), knowledgeable, and very efficient. He replaced our furnace's flame sensor quickly, made sure it was working before he left, and was all done and back out the door in less than an hour. Fanastic service, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Chimney cleaning.

    Acclaimed was prompted showed up early for my appointment. They were very friendly and knowledgable. In no time at all they had cleaned my chimney and explained the process very throughly. I'd like to thank Kevin and Mike for the great service they went over and above. It was a pleasure doing business with Acclaimed. Happily recommend to all my friends and family. Wo#15730

    Install new HE furnace, central air unit, humidifier

    Acclaimed handled my furnace removal and install of new Trane HE furnace with a new Comfort-Aire central AC unit & Aprilaire humidifier in exemplary fashion from start to end. They respected my constraints as a condo unit owner subject to board restrictions. I was present for the work so met the technicians personally and found them to be very professional, competent and responsive to my queries. And extremely attentive to being clean & tidy over the 1 1/2 days without disrupting other residents. Space for the AC unit was limited so the owner interceded early to suggest an alternate design from my original Trane selection. It turned out very well and I received the replacement at the same cost even though it was a bit more expensive than the original unit. A custom AC cover was provided to fit the unique arrangement on my balcony. Not every HVAC service provider will even quote or provide service in a vertical rise condo building. I'm appreciative that Acclaimed are not only willing providers but also top tier in their field. Lastly, I live in Calgary and all dealings prior to and after install were long distance without hassle. Special thanks to Dan in sales and Charles at install time. The work was done in September 2015.

    Furnace repair

    Furnace failed at about 7 PM. Called Acclaimed because they had replaced my hot water heater. They were there by 10:00 the next morning and had it fixed in about 45 minutes.
