Reply created 11 Aug 2017The customer was correct the two windows did not meet egress or fire codes and her contract did state however that they did as per the customers request....This error, Sunrise Windows discovered was a computer error made during a upgrading our computer that we were done at the time we were preparing her quote...Sunrise Windows immediately replaced her windows with also a upgrade at NO charge, as we thank her for pointing this error to us for correction.....Thank you

Reply created 27 Aug 2015First,thank you for your review and stating your problem during your installation period .....even know the contract did NOT include casing on the two windows as part of your installation the communication issues do require improvement....Since this review Sunrise Windows has made the required changes to the Customer Service Dept.....both via internet on our website for easy access and with our staff. Sunrise Windows thanks you for imitating these changes to improve our service.

Reply created 11 Aug 20173 HOMESTAR VERSIONS: Homstars has allowed 3 versions of this review, how accurate can there reviews be? and how do I answer this again, another version of the same complaint which has turned more into bashing on this site. By only addressing the issue.........Before installation of the windows the clients stucco was flaking off the wall of the house, this was pointed out and noted on there contract that stucco will crumble off during installations and will not be repaired by Sunrise Windows.....Customer demanded for Sunrise Windows to repair the stucco after the install was completed, request denied....Customer was informed to remove all curtains from the windows and all furniture away the windows prior to installation, as noted on there contract. This was not done when the installers showed up in the morning to do the work, so curtains and furniture all had to be addressed by our installers,labour was charged to the customer.....yes, a few pieces of material from there old windows upon removal where found in there uncut grass.....Customer wanted to charge Sunrise Windows back to compensate for the furniture removal charge...it was denied.
