This is not the first time that I've had Verdun come in to do work. I was very pleased when they replaced my windows two years ago and saw the same level of care when they recently replaced my front door. They are both clean and efficient and will tell you anything you need to know about the process if you aren't sure on the specific details.

We are very pleased with the work that Stephan and James accomplish. They were very professional and very friendly. Also they arrive on time and make a good team. We will recommend your business to Anderson Park. Maxime and Dominique were excellent and provided a good service to us.

The three installers were excellent, and they did a superb job. Very pleased with their work.

Contractors were incredibly kind, polite, professional and respectful of our home. They did an incredible job and left our house both inside and out as clean as when they started. Everyone who has come over since can't get over how well the work was done and how beautiful the windows and doors are.

I cannot say how impressed I am by the work carried out be Verdun at my home. This was a very large job with many windows to replace. The sales rep, Mike was great at ensuring all of my questions were answered, and that I was comfortable choosing Verdun to replace my windows. As the windows were removed there were many "discoveries" including ants, squirrels, and rot. The installation team of Andre and Gabe were AMAZING!!! What a pleasure to have them in my home! They were so professional and proud of their work. They took the time to rectify any issues they saw in and around the windows and went above and beyond what was required to make sure that when the job was completed it was completed. There was no stress, and I didn't have to worry about getting "nickel and dimed" over small things. They cleaned up work areas so the house was kept as clean as possible in the circumstances. If I could I would hire Andre and Gabe for every repair in my house. There was no fuss with this company. They took care of everything!! Thanks so much Verdun!!

The work that Serge and Joe did was outstanding... Verdun itself missed the target install date by over 6 weeks. A date I wouldn't have known unless I happen to put in a call, twice, to find out what the hold up was. The salesman was the first call who didn't know and directed me to the office (in my mind he should have followed up himself and got back to me). When I called the office, 6 weeks past install approximate date, I still wasn't scheduled to install... we did make a date that day though. In the end, I believe the workmanship of the 2 installers was outstanding, the windows look top notch, though I'm not convinced the glazing is 'as advertised' and what I mean it is a pool change room and the objective was so people couldn't see inside... and one last thing was on the eventual install date, once again I had to call them to confirm they would be on time... as it ended up they had to postpone by 5 days. I was awarded a $200 reduction in cost for my troubles though. All the people I had to deal with were polite which is always appreciated.

From our introductory meeting with Mike (sales rep) to installation with Nick and Frank, we have been completely satisfied with our purchase. We had all original windows, front and patio doors replaced in our 23 year old townhouse. The expertise, product and workmanship exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We were looking to replace our front door and had engaged a few companies for an on site visit and estimate. Verdun Windows and Doors were rated A + on the Better Business Bureau site. The service was fast and friendly, the installation was first rate. Their sales representative was knowledgeable and spent the time to review our options. I plan on using their services again and would recommend them to anyone. Bottom line: Do your homework, get your quotes but go with Verdun!

The employees in question were Andre and Gabriel.I thought they were very diligent friendly with the customer and explained what they were doing when asked.they were very patient with all of our questions in regard to product features .They are excellent employees and should be congratulated on how they comport themselves representing Verdun Windows and doors.I would recommend them to anyone,friends and family needing this type of work.It was recommended to me from neighbors who had work completed on my street.thank you.

While researching possible manufacturer/installer for the replacement of a custom patio door and a very large family room window, we were attracted to the no bull warranty claim of Verdun and decided to give them a try. We had two other quotes from local installers (whom didn't manufacture their own products) and compared their warranty claims , which obviously didn't compare to Verdun's. The quoting process was quite lengthy as we had multiple choices for design and features, and finally settled for a custom patio door and double hung windows. We waited 3 months for the installation date (given the custom patio door, and just how busy their 18 crews are) and couldn't be happier with the expert installation - as we had requested a very experienced installer , anticipating there would be problems. The crew showed up on time (and we are out of town) with smiles on their faces, and began to prep for the removal of the patio door and window. The crew took particular notice of the custom trim around both the patio door and window - a little intimidating to say the least. None of the trim was damaged during the removal and installation process. The frame around the old patio door was completely rotten, including the bottom sill plate, which was removed , replaced and wrapped in blue skin and a drip edge installed. Attached are pictures of the finished job , and we are very pleased with the whole Verdun experience - the crew was top notch , especially the care in trimming and finishing. We highly recommend Verdun as they have lived up to every expectation. Michelle/Tim
