Small bungalow needed all windows replaced. They gave us an accurate quote and got the work done all while being very professional. We went back to get our exterior doors replaced and basement windows replaced. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent installation of front and side doors. Very happy with the product. Unhappy with customer service. Installation was over 2 months past the estimated early fall install date and was just squeezed in on December 22 (-13 degrees). I had to place several phone calls TO the company to find out what was going on, no one reached out to give me information about the status of the doors, as we waited week after week. Even had to make the final call to find out what time of day they were coming, as no one let us know. Glad we found out about the cutomer service on this smaller job before proceeding with the much bigger job of replacing windows, we will be going elsewhere.

I had 3 double hung windows installed in the living room. The work was supposed to be completed on a Friday but was done on the following day due to a previous job that given the installers some difficulty which was fine. The installation was quick and efficient with minimal disruption to the rest of the room. The installer were pleasant and professional. Everything that was included in the project at the time the contract was signed was completed. I was really impressed with the fact that they vacuumed the area (living room) after the work was completed. I would happily recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future.

I had a new front door installed today. The installation team showed up on time, and completed the work professionally. The team were friendly and skilled. A pleasure doing business with Verdun.

We dealt with Verdun and specifically representative Michel Mallette. Michel proved to be honest and forthcoming with regards to the product needed. Would not hesitate to call upon Michel for future projects.

Kevin and his crew had to brave -31 (with wind chill) temperatures to replace 19 windows in our house and managed to get them done in the promised 2 day timeframe. They were professional, efficient, did a fabulous job and we couldn’t be happier, thanks Verdun! Wendy and James

Servicing of all windows and front door previously installed by Lambden. Verdun bought Lambden and now provide any minor service needs we have had and have done excellent work on any adjustments or warranty related work. Fortunately Verdun retained some of Lambden’s original staff and we are very happy they have done so.

The two man team were personable, quick, efficient and did a good job of tidying up after themselves. The weather was clear, but on the chilly side, and they were quick to remove the old doors and fit the new ones in place, so the temperature in the house dipped, but wasn't affected too much for too long. They noticed an error made in the door with half window, where the wrong color of molding had been applied around the window and were quick to notify the office so a replacement in the correct color could be ordered. That is still in the works as I am writing this, so hopefully the molding replacement will happen in a reasonable period of time and be the correct color this time. Thankfully, only the molding around the window needs to be replaced and I have been assured it is a simple process that can be done without compromising or affecting the door.

the team of 2 showed up on time. They were polite and professional. It was evident by their work that they had several years of experience. They did not smoke so there were no "smoke breaks", which was appreciated. They put tarps on the floor and cleaned up after the work was done. We will definitely call Verdun again.
