    Windows installation

    Few days ago you have installed 3 windows (one re-installed). The crew was polite, accommodating and prompt. 1. Window that was reinstalled in the staircase was fine, work well done! 2. Second window installed in a bedroom: Window has poor finish with quite a few imperfections. 3. Kitchen window: some scratches in this ‘new’ window. the inside frame is rough, not very well cut. I spoke with Verdun, they were responsive, sent a crew that spent quite a few hours correcting/repairing and the end result was a well installed windows. Top marks for responsiveness and attention to details as should be with any installation. Joseph Karov

    Windows

    Very professional and prompt. Everything was done perfectly. I am extremely impressed with the service. Would definitely recommend.

    Replace upper level door with a window

    Great. The guys were fast, clean and polite. They explained the workings of the window well. They didn't leave any mess.

    New front door

    Excellent service and installation. Just wish they'd had the right interior door handles. Not the installers fault.

    Front door and basement window

    We had Verdun replace our front door in our Victorian style home, they showed up on time and did really professional work even keeping the old trim as to match the heritage style found inside. Additionally the installed basement windows (one of which was boarded up) in some really small working area, every thing looks clean. Really satisfied with the crew and final result. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and refer them to family and friendsPhil B.

    Window installation

    The work was done efficiently and quickly. Both of the installation guys were very friendly and knowledgable. After the install they explained what was done, how to use the windows and screens, and noted the painting that should be done. The experience was great from sales to installation.     Love our windows

    We've had Verdun replace our windows over the past 3 years, and we love our double hung windows. Very clean, professional and helpful. Fantastic service from the office and the crew, and the sales man, Mike is awesome. Prices are great as is the warranty. I would recommend Verdun, you won't be disappointed!

    Replacing original windows from 1975.

    Workers came in and replaced three windows on the rear of the house. After the job was completed, I was asked to do an inspection, all looks great, very professional. Workers were well organized and experienced. Overall, we are every pleased and will be using Verdun for later projects. **only negative** After job was completed, noticed workers hand prints on the windows, inside and out. Maybe having them cleaned after install would have been good. Just for perfection!

    Window Replacement

    Verdun delivered everything they promised at a fair and competitive cost. They replaced 4 slider windows for casements that are well designed and easy to open/shut. From the start with the salesman (John) to the crew, everything went as it should. The installers were a clean, conscientious and professional crew and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future jobs along with highly recommending them to others.
