    Patio Door Installation

    Review Update- Verdun contacted me within 12 hours of my review and were very professional and took measures to ensure my situation would not happen to others. I appreciate the time they took which directly shows that customer satisfaction is a top priority. My door was ordered and the sales rep indicated I would get a call when the door arrived early to mid October. When they still hadn't called by mid October I called the office only to find out my door had arrived but they did not call me to make an appointment. The day of the appointment the installers were to arrive between 12-3pm. They called my husband around 10:45 asking if they could start early however I was not at home. An issue surrounding entry of the home arose but once that was over the actual installation of the door was fairly quick and clean and at the end of it all the Patio Door looks good.

    Windows replacement

    It's too soon to comment on the quality of the windows, but they look great. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the project very proficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. So full marks for a great installation. In two or three months of the able to comment on the quality of the product, but I see no reason at this stage why it will be equally satisfied.

    Window replacement

    The men that did the work far exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, polite and efficient. I am extremely impressed.

    windows and patio door

    The windows and patio door look amazing!! The installers were top notch and went above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend Verdun Windows and Doors and look forward to using their services on future projects :)

    replacement window

    Very polite & friendly workers.take care & pride in their work , clean up doing job and after job done.very nice finishing work on trim inside house and window flashing outside house. I would use Verdun again Thank you

    New windows

    The guys were very professional. When they were done, they did not leave anything behind. You could not even tell that they were in the house.

    Replacement of back patio door

    The installers did a good job. Quick and clean. Not 5 stars because my sales rep forgot to add a requested item to my order, and he also forgot to call me when my door was in. About a month after it was supposed to be in I called, and it had arrived already. Other than that I am happy with it.

    Window replacement

    Installers were on time and did amazing work. Cleaned up after themselves which thrilled me. Was so impressed by the job they did. Will definitely call verdun to get the front windows done next year.

    Replaced all windows & front door.

    We are quite happy with the end result of our new windows and front door. The installers did an amazing job replacing our front window with a new bay window and replacing the back window with a patio door. We've received such good compliments! The sales process was smooth and the rep gave us a discount on the front door so that we could "get it all within our budget" --- nice. There were a couple of glitches along the way that the company addressed and we thank them for it. For the benefit of those new to casement windows (we had old double-hung ones), make sure you confirm things like the direction you wish the windows to open. Also, if you're opting for grids, make sure you confirm your expectations and don't rely on the diagrams on the quote (apparently the default config is proportionate to the window size and not fixed) ---- this could look quite odd in the end when you have windows/patio with varying sizes of grids. But again, Verdun owned up the misunderstanding and addressed our concerns within a month or so --- very professional. We would definitely recommend Verdun for their products, installation services, and customer support.
