New windows and doors.
Great experience. Very nice people to deal with. They take care of everything. Even took away the old windows and doors. Would recommend them without hesitation. Love the new look.

Only wish I had done it sooner....
Such a good experience....windows arrived at the appointed time, the installers Gabriel and Andre could not have been more pleasant and efficient, the product is of good quality. Very satisfied, will definitely be using this company again !

Window replacement
Michel Mallette was our salesmen. He came twice to our residence, mesured properly, answered all our questions and kept in touch throughout the whole process. We had a medical emergency a couple of days before the installation. He made sure we had the best installation crew available for our project ( Gabriel & Andre) who completed the installation & the siding around the window with no extra cost. TWhat a positive experience. Definitely a reliable company, salesmen and crew.

Window replacement
ten 2nd floor windows and wood trim capped. Excellent service and workmanship, we had a permanent metal roof that did get some flattening from walking on it but that was unavoidable. But very pleased with the windows and installation. More window and door replacement are planed down the road

3 Front Windows in Barrhaven
We couldn’t be more pleased. The installers Jason and Curtis did a fantastic job. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. They take pride in their work and left our home cleaner then when they arrived. They WILL get the call to replace our back windows and patio door in the spring.

Replacement of doors and windows
We had our doors and windows replaced and must say that all our interactions with Verdun employees, from the salesperson, administration employees and installers have been outstanding. A few months after the intallation was completed, an adjustment was required on one of the windows; Harrison came over and was able to do what was needed in a timely manner to our fullest satistaction and with a smile. I would recommend this client oriented company to anyone looking for quality products and service

New Windows
We had Verdun come in and install some new windows in our house, and while there were a few issues, they were eventually all solved. The first issue was that we weren't told there were 2 options for the size of the trim surrounding the windows. We needed very unique sized windows and we made it very clear what we wanted and expected. When they came to install the windows, they were not at all what we were expecting. There was more trim than there was glass. Even their own installers said it must have been a screw up. Being a great company, they owned up to their mistake and remade all the windows with the other (smaller) trim option. They looked much better. This was all taken care of quickly. Unfortunately during the install one of the windows was left leaning up against an exterior door to my house and when I tried to leave it tipped over. The window itself wasn't damaged, but the screen was. This took almost a full year, and multiple emails (that were ignored) until they finally replaced the damaged screen.

Doors (2) installation
Verdun installed a sliding patio door and a front door. We are pleased with quality of doors, how the installers cleaned up throughout the job, and how they asked us our opinion at various stages during the job. We definitely recommend this company.

2 patio doors and 1 main entrance custom door with glass in
I was really pleased with the service I received from Colin Elkins of Verdun Windows. They were on time and completed the work on time as promised I would recommend them to family and friends.

window and door replacement
