    New windows

    Kevin and his team came on time and had all our windows installed that morning. I was impressed by how they were able to install the new windows without disturbing the original trim. When they left the house was as neat and tidy as when they arrived.

    Two doors (front + back on deck). Change 28 thermos.

    Doors done very professional. For the thermos, 2 missing. Work postponed in 3 weeks. Well done for the first part.

    Bay window and bathroom window.

    The work was done very neatly and quickly. Andre and Gabriel are very good and polite workers.

    Installation of new window to bring light into the staircase

    Note that there was no window where this new was being installed so they had to cut through the wall. The two guys that did the work were very professional and easy to talk to. They explained everything even the actual process of installation when I asked them a question. I am super satisfied and the window looks great. I will have them come back to install another window in the basement in the near future. They left the place just as clean as it was when they arrived. I would recommend Verdun to all my friends and family. The proof of workmanship is right in my wall. Thanks Verdun.

    7 windows and one door replaced

    Great experience from beginning to end; everyone friendly and helpful, work done well and on time, and the price was right. The windows and door look and work great. Already recommended Verdun to a neighbor.

    Replacement windows

    I found Verdun very pleasant to deal with. They set up an appt suitable for me, the two installers arrived on time. They were very pleasant and professional. They worked without a break until about 6 pm. They cleared up after themselves beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Verdun to anyone. You should be proud of your installers.

    Windows throughout the house

    Needed windows throughout the house including one patio door. Quote was what was expected. Done quick. Windows ordered and quick turnaround (< 2 weeks). All great so far. Installation was quickly scheduled. Expectations set by the team when they showed up. They followed up and met all objectives they had set (timewise). Job done well and as per the set schedule. Workers were nice, courteous and professional. Very satisfied with the job done. Windows look great and work well so far... (they should, they're new). Of course time will tell but all was great and they look like they will last.

    Window Replacement

    We needed our big living room window replaced. Verdun Windows gave us a fair quote. The installers did excellent work and even though we had a small issue it was looked after immediately and to our satisfaction.

    Window replacement (bungalow)

    Verdun replaced 5 original windows in our 1953 bungalow. All of the company representatives and installation people were extremely professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. There was a minor problem with one of the screens (small hole) - the Verdun workers noticed this at the time of installation, pointed it out and arranged for a replacement screen to be installed later. We would highly recommend both the windows and the service that Verdun provides - very good value for the money and we are very satisfied with our updated windows.
