    Windows

    I didnt know where to go or what to do. Mike came in and made some suggestions on replacement options. Knowledgeable ,courteous and right on time. Anyone would be a fool not to recommend this company. Thanks!!!

    Window Screen repairs

    I called to get some repairs done on site and the firm showed up on time as agreed to and did excellent work for us. I would highly recommend Verdun Windows and doors to anyone in the Ottawa area AWESOME

    All windows

    We replaced all the windows of our house in the last 2 years. Choosing to go with Verdun was one of the best decisions we have made for our house. Starting from the first call for a quote to the installation of the last window, everything was done extremely professionally. When we wanted technical details for deciding between various options, we simply drove their manufacturing facilities and was able to get the answers from the people who were actually making the windows. They even referred us to NR Canada to get in-dept unbiased information for insulation options and ratings. Biggest points worth mentioning: - Written quotes provided on-the-spot - Window frame and glass pane from the same company - Windows with integrated brick-mold ensures no unnecessary caulking around metal capping - Clean, spot-less rooms after installation - Smallest, understandable warranty

    Window nightmare.

    Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to friends and family. My contract has been completed, and the windows look good. However I'm not satisfied with how we arrived at this point. The project took too long, and the customer service could have been stronger, in my opinion.

    Window replacement

    This was our second visit by Verdun as we had our windows replaced in two phases. We're very pleased with the product and would like to make special mention of the installers. These two gentlemen went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They engaged us whenever we had an idea or question and were both knowledgeable and enthusiastic. During the first phase of our installation (which was over 5 years ago), there had been a couple of issues that needed to be rectified. They not only corrected them but also made sure to check for any other issues above and beyond our initial concerns. For us, an excellent product is only part of the equation. Excellent service is equally important and the folks at Verdun score a 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

    Replace and Install 35 Windows and a Patio Door

    I retained Verdun to replace 35 windows and a patio door. The team that installed my windows arrived on time and were very professional. The windows look amazing. I am very pleased with the install. From the beginning at the quote phase to the end of installation, I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the installation. Thanks Verdun!

    Window replacement

    Once again, Verdun took great care of us! We have several windows that needed immediate replacing. Verdun had them all done within 12 hours of our request! Everyone who came out was so professional but friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have around! Thanks again to all Verdun staff for the great work and experience!!

    Great quality windows at an affordable price!

    Just wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service and professionalism with Verdun Windows and Doors. The process began with our meeting the company estimator at our house, a gentleman named Colin. He took the time to show us a number of options, and his advice helped to make this a simple process, no industry jargon, straight forward and painless. The order was placed, and when the windows were ready, an installation date was set. The installation team lead by Matthieu and his crew were nothing but professional, the installation was done with little disruption, they were clean, efficient, and the finishing work and carpentry was exceptional!     Patio Door

    Verdun replaced all our windows years ago and we have been really happy with them so when the seal went on our patio door (not theirs) I did not hesitate to go back to them. They came to do an estimate straight away and were back to do the installation well within the time they said it would take. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job!

    5 Windows replaced and patio door capped

    I had my upstairs windows replaced as well as my dining room window and the patio door capped. Mike reviewed the project with me and he was open to suggestions. Also he was very flexible with regards to the dates. Eric, Mark and Greg were the installers. It took about 5 hours. The workmanship was excellent and there was absolutely no mess inside or out. The team was very friendly and a joy to have around. Ihave contacted VERDUN to plan the replacement of the rest of my windows.
