We had new windows installed last month and were very happy with the quality of the work done. Benj and Robert were prompt, neat, efficient and very knowledgeable. Their work was finished in the estimated time and the work area was completely cleaned up both inside and out. I would recommend hiring these people, as they did a very satisfactory job.

Excellent product! Courteous and efficient staff. Had an issue with a window popping out while cleaning (operator error) had a technician at the house within the hour putting it back in place and showing me a better technique. Above and beyond service!

The two men that did the installing of windows were courteous, kind and professional They worked well together and helped each other . They worked in the bitter cold and never complained. There motto was "do it right" They arrived at 9:20am and finished at 4pm. They cleaned up and also cleaned the windows. I love my new windows. They are so beautiful. Every morning I sit in the living room by the new windows and having my coffee admiring my new windows. . Thank you Verdun .You deserve a rating of 10 . Bravo!

FROM THE MOMENT ERIC (SALES GUY) SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR WHICH WAS ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT. HE SET UP HIS LITTLE OFFICE WITH A PRINTER, COMPUTER AND HIS MEASURING TAPE. AFTER EXPLAINING THE PRODUCTS TO ME, HE PROCEEDED TO GET ME A QUOTE. HE WAS FAST, EFFICIENT, AND MET MY NEEDS PUT LISTING OUT OPTIONS. HE LISTENED TO ME AND ACCOMMODATED EVERY NEED I HAD, ESPECIALLY THE SPEED I NEEDED THINGS DONE. RARELY DO YOU SEE A SALES REP WHO IS ACTUALLY YOUR ADVOCATE INSIDE A COMPANY AND ERIC INDEED WAS. GRATEFUL TO HAVE MET HIM. THEN, THE INSTALLERS..THEY WERE SIMPLY TERRIFIC I HAD MARIO AND GABRIELLE AND ONE OTHER AND NOT ONLY WERE THEY FAST, THEY WERE PLEASANT, HELPFUL AND CLEAN. EVERYWHERE THEY WORKED, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND REQUIRED VERY LITTLE FROM ME. IT WAS A BLESSING TO HAVE THEM. WHAT I ALSO APPRECIATED ABOUT THE INSTALLERS WAS THAT THEY WERE PROUD TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND I WAS HAPPY THEY WERE NOT SUBCONTRACTORS. TRULY THEY MADE THE DAY AND A HALF INSTALL OF 24 WINDOWS EFFORTLESS FROM MY PART. AFTER THEY WERE DONE EACH DAY, THEY CLEANED UP, SWEPT UP AND LEFT THE HOUSE BETTER THEN WHEN THE CAME. UNREAL. FINALLY NATALIE, THE BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER WHO DEALT WITH SCHEDULING AND FEES, WAS ATTENTIVE AND FAST. SHE HANDLED MY BUSY AND HECTIC SCHEDULE WITH EASE AND GOT DONE WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD TAKE 6 WEEKS OR LONGER IN ONLY 2 WEEKS. AMAZING. TO THOSE CONSIDERING WINDOWS, I RECEIVED A LOT OF QUOTES. READ THE WARRANTY!!! LOOK WHERE THEY ARE BUILT!!! UNDERSTAND THE QUALITY!!! AND ONLY USE INSTALLERS WHO ARE EMPLOYED BY THE COMPANY. YOU CAN SEE THE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. VERDUN WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE MOST EXPENSIVE...SO CHOSE QUALITY AND GREAT VALUE. CHOSE VERDUN. I AM VERY PLEASED. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM.

I rarely give full marks to a company for work done, but I can't think of what Verdun could have improved on. They replaced 4 windows (2 fairly large ones) in cold weather, and worked on one at a a time so as to minimize heat loss in the house. The workers were pleasant, professional, and the windows look great. I would certainly recommend them.

This is the second time that I have used Verdun windows. I am very pleased with the service and installation. I assumed they would be here all day but it only took the morning to replace 4 windows in the house and 2 of them were large. The clean up was done, the installers, Jeff and Matt, were friendly and efficient and I am happy with the results.

We replaced our front door and 2 sidelites. We chose Verdun as they had replaced several windows in our home over the years and we are very satisfied with the products and service. After a small issue at the beginning of the process, a quick email and phone call followup from the head office, we received excellent and very fast service to choose the configuration, colour and glass. As promised, a phone call to book the installation, the installers arrived and worked quickly and efficiently to install the new door. Cleanup was great and the installers were professional and friendly. Overall I am again a very happy customer of Verdun and will continue to use them for dorr and window replacements in our home.

Professional!! On the snowiest day of the century, they arrived on time and accomplished the installation in 3 hours (5 windows with one very large one!!) Jesse, Eric and Adrien worked like a well-oiled machine. No fuss, clean-up fantastic and no damage to property. I am utterly amazed!! This was at my daughter's condo. I wish I was responsible for my windows t my own place because they would have my vote hands down..

We shopped 8 different companies and Verdun gave us the best value. They included the brick cutting for our new patio door. Jimmy & Stephane were here on time, worked cleanly and quietly. Our doors and windows are beautiful and 2 yrs later we are very happy customers.
