Front door was replaced in a timely fashion. Happy with the final product of the door. My only concern is with the lock hardware installed on the door; the dead bolt handle seems a bit flimsy, but with the 25 yr warranty my concerns are pretty limited.

The 2 gentleman who worked on replacing my doors, were professional, friendly, and helpful. They were quick to get all the work done and even cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with their services.

From quotes through installation, Verdun excelled. We compared prices and choices with a few competitors, but the choice was easy - and we are so impressed with the results. We had Verdun replace a basement slider style window. The sales visit was fine. On the day of the install, a 3-person crew showed up. The old window was out in just minutes, and the new window was installed very quickly. Workmanship looks great from what I can tell. We're very pleased with the results and will give Verdun a call when we're ready to replace windows on the other levels of our home.

My husband and I decided to upgrade our front door and frame not just for extra light but for energy efficiency. We met with David Malette, sales rep. and it didn't take us long to see he really understood our needs and wanted to help. About two months later we met Andre and Christian with our new door. They are two professionals who have many skills, such as: carpenters; sheet metal workers; locksmith; finishers, cleaners and client service reps. I recently decided to replace all the windows and doors in a double I own and install a patio door in the family room replacing an existing door and larger window. I was very pleased with the response time in having an estimator visit me to quote the job. Colin was very professional and made excellent suggestions for dealing with the larger windows to allow for ease of cleaning, energy efficiency and overall appearance to blend with the older style of my house. The work was done on a timely basis by Ben and Rob. They even worked from early morning to early evening to complete the project ahead of schedule. They were very friendly and polite and kept me informed of the progress of the installation. There was minimal disruption to my house and everything was left as it was when they arrived (perhaps even cleaner). All the debris was removed on completion (other than some of the windows which my daughter wanted to build a greenhouse). I am particularly pleased with the patio door as my family room is much brighter now and even appears larger. I will probably spend more time there now and it will certainly help with selling the place should I ever decide to do so. I have already received many comments on how the new windows and doors have improved the appearance of my home. I'm sure my neighbours are happy not to have to look at the old cracked windows, ripped screens and paint peeling off. Looking forward to finding out how much of a financial savings I will realize on my gas bill this winter. The warranty is amazing. Twenty years on parts and installation and transferable. I hope I never have to use it but puts my mind at ease if I should need it. I would not hesitate to recommend Verdun to all my neighbours and friends.
