    Windows Replacements

    Verdun Windows company was referred to me by a friend, was weary because u had a different company replace my downstairs windows and was not pleased at all about their services, but Verdun windows installers Ben sorry don't remember the other name were respectful, on time did a fantastic job very neat installation and cleaned up everything after they were done and I am very very pleased with their work and will not hesitate to recomend them for my close friends. Thank for a Good Work done

    windows installation

    I recently had four double windows installed by Verdun. It was an excellent job well done. The windows were installed quickly and carefully, leaving no mess afterwards. The installers were friendly and pleasant. I want especially to thank the sales rep, Colin Elkins, who I called after one of the windows snapped out of its shoe. While cleaning it, I neglected to clear the lower frame. Colin came to repair it within the hour (and on his way out of town on a camping trip!) The installers told me at the time of the installation that the windows to be replaced had been perfectly measured. Cheers, Colin! Cheers, Verdun!

    Windows and Doors

    We have had our patio door, 2 house entrance doors and an octagonal window replaced by Verdun Doors and Windows. The services offered from start to finish were extremely professional and timely. I would recommend this company 100%.

    4 Windows + Patio Door

    Replacement of 4 large windows and patio door. During installation, Verdun encountered, removed and replaced a large amount of rotten framing, leaving me with not only great windows, but a more structurally sound house. The windows, doors and installation are top-notch and the team was friendly and helpful. Great communication throughout. On time. On Budget. No surprises. Highly recommended!

    Basement

    I had two new Windows installed in my basement by Verdun Windows. After installation we realized there was a miscommunication on the dimensions we asked for and what we got. Verdun found out through a relative of mine and a representative of Verdun Windows called us for a meeting to discuss our concerns. Verdun Windows quickly rectified the situation to our complete satisfaction. When Verdun Windows say they guaranteed a complete satisfaction, they do really mean it. I do recommend this company to anyone who needs Windows or any other product they sell.

    Window & Door Renovation

    Excellent service from Sales Rep. Colin. Very pleased to have a sample window brought into my home and all features explained. This was one of the factors in selecting Verdun. Considerable work was done examining other companies, and Verdun came out on top. The 20 windows, patio door and front entry door are high quality and I am very pleased with the selection and colour. Colin's recommendation for redesigning the front entry door has increased the curb appeal 100% . Very happy with the new look! Verdun was quick to respond to my questions and interior finishing concerns. The Verdun team is friendly, accessible, easy to talk to and dedicated to the client.

    Replacement

    Great Experience - this was my first installation with Verdun Window & Door but I had dealt with the installer Benj prior to this at Ottawa windows & door -- awesome guys, very professional and top quality job.

    Patio Doors

    Satisfied with quality of doors and all previous work but this installation less so. Installers left without saying that installation was incomplete (no latch). Follow up is progressing with Harrison.

    Window replacement

    Very satisfied with Colin's approach to our project. He made some very good suggestions and ensured our delivery was on time. The installers Andre & Gabriel were professional, worked very efficiently and left the work site clean. Would highly recommend this firm.

    Replaced Windows

    We had a really good service overall. Colin came to help figure out what we wanted, provided clear quotes and choices. After signing, the windows were ready to install faster than we anticipated. And the quality of the installation was really well done, there was no big mess in the house as they're careful to clean up near each window and the even vacuumed using their shop vac. VERY well done, THANK guys ! Daniel
