Windows were installed as scheduled on the date and time specified. Staff were knowledgeable, carried out work efficiently and tidied up to the point that there was minimal cleaning for me to do. I feel I got good quality windows for my money and can now do without my roller blinds, which I had purchased some time ago to help keep the sun and cold out. Not only are the windows a great improvement to the look of my home, but are easy for me to open and clean without having to bother someone to come and do it for me. Great windows, great staff and a job well done!

Sales person Colin was very knowledgable and was able to identify potential issues and arrive at creative solutions. He was honest and helpful which is why I went with this company. Installation team Enzo and Matt were outstanding...efficient, professional and incredibly neat. I would not have believed a two person team could do the work they did...just outstanding. The company sent in a service team to finsih the last touches in a timely manner. I had quotes that were lower but I would most definitely use Verdun again and would recommend them highly....as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for!

On June 5, 2012, the Verdun Doors & Windows installation crew consisting of Mathieu, Jack and Nick arrived promptly in the morning to replace my living room and dining room windows. With smiles all around and after introductions were made, the boys got to work. And what a job they did! The old windows were removed quickly and the two new windows installed quickly yet methodically. These guys were experts and it showed. In less than three hours the job was done. They cleaned up what little mess they had made and were then on their way. Oh, and did I mention that they even washed the outside part of the windows? Now that's service. The windows look great and are just what we wanted. Will be replacing more windows next year and again Verdun will be getting the call. Well done guys! Gerry Lemire

First of all, our initial dealings with Steve Young were very impressive. He's a very professional and personable person to deal with. He was able to help my wife and I decide about different window solutions and styles in a very clear and concise manner. Verdun was one of 4 different companies we went to and he was, by far the best. He showed us what Verdun could provide and didn't pressure us in any way. The other 3 companies were very pushy and didn't listen to what we wanted. Secondly, the installation team led by Alex were very diligent, polite, extremely fast and extremely clean!!! I never would've thought that my entire order would have been installed in one day and when they left there was no sign that they were ever even here except for the new, beautiful windows. Very impressive!!!! I will not hesitate to recommend Steve Young and Verdun Windows to anyone who is in the market. You folks are the best!!!!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent product and services provided by your company in our home. The project involved the replacement installation of all the windows in my home; 18 casement windows and 4 basement sliding windows. Three guys showed up early in the morning, immediately went to work and were finished by 4:00pm the same day. They were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the work they did. They cleaned up the work site, took away all of the old windows, added exterior trim, insulated and caulked inside and out , and cleaned all windows inside and out before leaving. It was clear to me that they took great care in doing excellent work.Based on the work skills and personal attributes of your team, as well as the quality of your product, I would recommend Verdun Windows and Doors to our friends and neighbours.

This was our first experience with replacing windows and doors. We compared between four different companies and decided to go with Verdun Windows and Doors since they had the best prices and their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.The salesperson that came to our house to make an estimate was very nice and did not pressure us to make a commitment right away. We decided to have our 3 doors replaced as well as 6 windows. On the day of installation, the workers showed up early, fully equipped and ready to do their job. They worked efficiently and were very courteous. They were also more than willing to answer all of our questions. They worked really well as a team and were able to finish the installation in a matter of a few hours. Once completed, they made sure to clean up, inside and out. We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and doors as well as the service we received. We would recommend this company to family and friends.

Team of 4 guys did an excellent job. The Team was quick, professional and cleaned up really well. They were attentive to my concern about not trampling on my gardens. Good job and I would recommend Verdun.

Verdun did an excellent job constructing a large four-section bow window for our living room and small slider windows for our basement rooms. The installations were quick and neat and they cleaned up very thoroughly after they were done. The quality of the construction is great -- every part fits well and the crank and lock work smoothly on the two end sections of the bow window. They left a nicely surfaced new window ledge that we could paint to match the living room walls. The cost was reasonable compared to the several competing quotes we obtained. I think we will save quite a bit on winter heating and summer cooling costs with the new energy-efficient gas-filled double pane windows with non-conducting strips inside.

My experience with Verdun was great from the initial call I made them. The rep. Steve was professional, very experienced and his quote was comprehensive with a breakdown by window. The manufacturing took less tim ethen expected which was a bonus and the windows fit perfectly. The install team of Enzo and Matt did a great job. They were on time, curtious, played with my dog who is also named Enzo. They had drop cloths, vacuumed when they were done and answered all my questions as I watched the install. I would not hesitate to recommend Verdun to my family, friends and neighbours.

Well the is midway through day 2 of the replacement of our windows and doors. We are extremely happy with everything Serge and his team have done. They are just finishing up the Bay window and the two patio doors. The rest of the windows were done yesterday. I thought you might be interested in what I just posted on my FaceBook page. Colin was thorough, with great attention to detail. He gave us a complete window by window cost if we wanted to pick and choose what and when we wanted to do them. There was never any attempt to pressure us into buying even one. As he said the windows sell themselves and will be available whenever we are ready.
