Changed windows and doors throughout the entire house. Very satisfied with their quality and with the installation. Visited the factory before making purchase and people are proud of their work. Would always favor a local company. Had some problem with our door (wrong color ordered). Verdun came back and replaced with no hassle. Very good customer service.

We had a recommendation from a friend who had went with Verdun and we met Colin who was extremely professional and very helpful in preparing our quote. The windows were manufactured locally (support a local business!) and ready to install before the stated date (a month before actually) and were installed today! The crew was excellent! Arrived early, read to go and were very professional and thorough... they work like a well oiled machine. They took out the old windows, installed the new ones, cleaned up, cleaned the new windows and were on their way in 2.5 hours! Would highly recommend this local company!

From our initial dealings with Steve Young through to the assistance of Dominic and then the installers our two doors front and back look simply awesome. Steve and Dominic were very professional and personable. Verdun was one of 3 different companies we went to and by far the best quality and price. Steve showed us what Verdun could provide and didn't pressure us in any way. Domenic took over from Steve who became ill and continued the highest level of service. The other 2 companies were somewhat amature and didn't listen to what we wanted. Secondly, the installation guys were diligent, polite, extremely fast and extremely clean! Very impressed by the final product! I would recommend Steve, Dominic and the whole team at Verdun Windows to anyone who is in the market. You folks rock!!!! Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I have used Verdun for my windows. They do a great job and there prices are good as well. Definately get a quote from them before your purchases windows elsewhere.

Verdun provided excellent service while replacing most of the windows and all of the doors in my 1950s bungalow. They were very easy to deal with by email, and responded to my questions very quickly. The end results are gorgeous and my neighbours have all been complimenting me on the work. The installation was complete in less than 5 hours, and my house and property were cleaned/vacuumed before they left. I will definitely recommend Verdun to friends who are looking to replace windows and doors.

I live in a townhouse where the dining room window is huge and extends far down near level with the yard. My folks had previous experience with Norkik windowns and Verdun going back 20 years. A positive experience. The window that was changed is 101 inches high and 78 inches wide. Its a big job made more difficult because there is a stairway to go downstairs right by the window. Don't try this with your eyes closed! Three Verdun employees showed up early in the morning and worked well as a team. It took them about 3 hours in total. It was quite the job when you think about it. They had to get setup; remove the old window; prep the surface for the new window. The installation of the window went well, and then there was the work of insulation (foam) and finally the finishing trim. The window seems like a high quality unit (expected), and much better than the original window that came with the house (expected). The most impressive part of the installation was the finishing. It took them 1 hour alone with one person working inside (for the mouldings) and two people working outside (for the flashing and all) to complete this part of the work. They had the proper tools and know-how to do the job right and they took the time needed to ensure it was well done. Conclusion: the window looks great and is a quality window that should provide me years of good service (expected). But the fact that a quality window is provided by quality installers with an attention to detail is a great benefit to a job well done (surprize). Being a difficult install, I do have a bit of sanding and painting to do (minor), but this is merely a detail in an otherwise job well done.

We ordered 17 windows (entire house excluding basement) and had them installed by Alex and his team in under 8 hours. The service team was couteous/knowledgable and cleaned up afterwards including cleaning the windows. You would not have know they were here afterwards. The windows are awesome and we would highly recommend Verdun to anyone who asks us about our beautiful windows.

We had Verdun replace all windows (14 in total) on our home built in the late 1950s and install a patio door in our dining room (where a window previously existed). Our initial meeting with their sales representative Colin was informative and straight forward. We met with six other companies from the Ottawa area. I really appreciated his frankness, honesty and ability to produce a quote on the spot (which was below all other quotes received and which did not increase as changes were made). He was particularly accomodating when we made some last minute changes to the grill style (thanks again Colin!). The installation team was well organized, professional, tidy and very quick. They arrived at our home at 6:30 a.m, went straight to work,and was able to complete the job by the end of the day. There were minor challenges along the way (always the case it seems when renovating older homes). I was glad to see that they did not try to cut corners when dealing with these challenges. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work.

A couple of years ago we had a patio door replaced by Verdun Windows and Doors. We were very impressed by their prices and very pleased with the quality of the installation. When we decided to recently replace our front and back doors, we again did some research and again went back to Verdun as we found the pricing to be very good and already had experienced the quality of the workmanship from the previous installation. I am happy to say the doors were installed quickly and efficiently, look great and again the installation seems to be of high quality. When it comes time to replace windows, Verdun will be at the top of the list to provide the required materials and installation
