    Complete Window replacement

    Complete Window replacement Verdun windows and doors replaced all my windows with high efficiency triple pane models. Already seeing the difference as the air conditioner is working less to keep the temperature inside. The Noise levels from outside activity have also dropped inside the house. Cant wait to see the difference next winter

    Instalation of our Windows and doors

    We have bought our Windows and Doors from verdun and they appointed Kevin and his team for our instalation and they were fantastic from the begining to the end of the project. They were clean and super Nice answering all our question.

    Happy with my new patio doors! Installation was super efficient!

    We are happy we decided to go with Verdun! Installation was super efficient, sonic speed! Staff was always professional and friendly!

    Late install, clumsy payment practices

    Ordering: I ordered a new window from Verdun in june 2022. I paid down payment with credit card. The bill mentions they will not accept credit card at install time. The problem is that it takes a year between order and install so you will likely forget and miss it in the emails. Install: installed late May after complaining. Install went fine, as far as I can tell (it's been 20 min since they left). Installers cleaned up after themselves and used floor protectors. However, a few things: 1. they do not accept credit card payment. They clearly stated that in emails and on purchase bill). This despite the down payment being paid via credit card. And they mean it. They will not leave until you pay : cheque or etransfer verification number required before the installers will leave. They state this in your pre-delivery email and they mean it. I was doubtful about credit cards since I had already paid with it but they were serious. It took me 10 min to sort this out because I called (glad I did, see below) and the installers waited patiently until they had a confirm #. I had to have installers call dispatch to figure out what my customer number was as they did not answer when I called trying to sort this out. 2. the reason for the confusion? The instructions to etransfer they send are incorrect. They state "Add Verdun as payee and use customer number". They instruct you to add them as payee , when you do they even show a pic of where the customer number is (attached) which clearly comes from Verdun. DO NOT DO THIS. You have to enter the order number I was told. Wonder where my original payment would have gone if I hadn't of called to verify. 3. I received no receipt or paid work order on payment. I am hoping I will receive something in a couple days? Maybe by email? I asked installer and he said no I have to ask for it. 4. the bill the installer presented had a different number than my official receipt (by a $1 or so more) but I'm wondering, how is there such a disconnect. Needless to say I paid what was on original receipt. Leave it to Verdun to make payment so difficult. My first purchase from Verdun was much easier (this was my second)

    Rip Van Winkle

    Reader's Digest version. Ordered picture window from Verdun Windows and Doors back in July 2022. Installation date was March 2023. Along comes March, followed by April and then May. June is coming up shortly. We're just about 12 months down the road and no window. Have requested order be cancelled and my refund ($1,950.) be refunded. Received no reply to my request as of the time of this writing. If asked would I recommend Verdun Windows and Doors. My response would be "What colour is the sky in your world?"

    Replacement of patio door and master bedroom window

    The patio door and master bedroom window have yet to be installed and will be in about 28 weeks. That seems like a long time but it shows that they are very busy which is a good sign. I have dealt with Verdun in the past and have been extremely pleased with their products and services. The sales rep that I dealt with was very professional and and helpful. I highly recommend Verdun.

    Excellent service

    We had sliding glass doors installed by Verdun. They arrived at the scheduled time and were professionally installed. They look great and are a big improvement from what we had.

    Windows, patio door and front entrance door replacement

    We couldnt be happier with the service we revived from every single person we dealt with. The entire process from deciding what to buy to the installation was perfection! Everyone that sees our new look says its absolutely gorgeous. Thank you all.

    If you’re in a rush, reconsider, otherwise excellent

    Very knowledgeable salesperson and installer. Product is wonderful. Time frame for delivery was longer than quoted however.

    Front door replacement

    Installation work done professionnally. Two employees installed the front door and the storm door correctly. We are very proud with the results.
