Your door has missed every ETA that has been provided, this is not in dispute and we share in your frustration that it is yet to be received or installed. Every ETA and update that we have received from the manufacturer we have in turn provided to you. If there is no update to provide then we typically would not reach out. This may seem like bad service or that you are being ignored, we assure you this is not our intention and that we are providing the best service that we possibly can to the customers who we have updates and products and installations that are ready and available now.
