    Excellent client service. I recommend Verdun Windows and Doors.Initial job was botched Verdun was super in honouring the issue. The follow-up has been well done.

    Window and Doors Installation

    Cody and Landon were wonderful. Very respectful and efficient. The finishing was great and my neighbours now have a quote appointment based on their work. Thanks so much team!

    Whole house

    Amazing work! i am very satisfied with the team that came and installed the windows very professional and clean work. It changed the look of the whole house

    Replacement windows

    Verdun replaced 2 windows in our home. Jody was the installer. He was on time, personable and extremely professional. Jody did an amazing job replacing the windows working efficiently while explaining the entire process. When finished, he ensured we knew how the windows worked and how we could remove them for ease of cleaning.

    Window replacements with high performance product

    Verdun replaced all of the windows on the first and second story of our detached home. The quality of service was exceptional throughout the process, from placing our order, to scheduling, to the installation itself. The windows are beautiful, energy efficient and functional. The installers were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

    General door installation

    Good quality, great service, very professional team. We will definitely go with them for our windows. I recommend Verdun windows and doors.

    Incompetence to the highest degree

    Almost 2 years ago, I had my doors and window replaced by Verdun Windows and Doors. I was happy with them. Until I realized that I had had them for almost 1 year and despite them appearing locked, many of my windows (including on my ground floor) were not actually locking. For the past year, it has been total madness in getting them to fix the problem. They have been unable to fix some of the problems, despite visits from FIVE different people. Further, on their Feb. 28th visit, they BROKE a window pane and haven't yet fixed it (6 months ago)!!! My advice: go with a different company.

    Front Door & side window

    We have been waiting for almost 18 months for our door and window. There has been very minimal communication from Verdun and the sales rep Michel, any updates we have received have turned out to be false. For example in January 2022 we were told the door would arrive in three weeks and installed a week after receiving it. After waiting 6 weeks we called for an update: the door hadn't been shipped, the door hasn't even been completed, they have absolutely no idea when it will be ready because they're still waiting for parts (ie it hasn't even begun being built). After receiving an apology from Michel promising to "make things right" we've not received our door, not received any updates, we're still constantly the one's reaching out. We have called and emailed multiple times but everyone keeps pushing us off telling us to speak with Michel who is borderline unresponsive. I've asked to speak to a manager, and either no one is available or as always they say "we'll get him to email/call you" which never happens. I've asked for the contact number for the manufacturer to get an update from them and they will not give me the number. I've asked for a photo of the door on three occasions for proof that it's even been started, and have never received it. Anything I ask for I'm shut down or ignored, while they hold my deposit as ransom. I am absolutely disgusted with how I've been treated by Verdun. My review on google was the only one that hasn't been responded to, yet I was asked by Michel to change it. They won't acknowledge the post publicly but they will privately ask me to remove it. What. A. Joke. I tell everyone I come in contact to boycott this company as they treat their clients like absolute dirt. They have in now way shape or form made anything right and that apology meant nothing at all.

    The only reason for the 4 rating is that I had to wait approx. 7 months to get the door installed

    The installers were very efficient and extremely courteous. Such a shame that it takes so long to get the door one the order is placed.
