We had two very old back doors, non-standard size that Verdun replaced and installed very well -- no complaints. The doors arrived exactly when anticipated so they met all expectations. No concerns. Thanks for the great service.

Ordered windows replacement in January, received a phone call to replace them first week of May. In mid April they called to say they will be here second week of May, the day before they called to say they have only half of our windows. On wednesday May 12 the installer Simon Gauthier called to say he was on his way to replace the windows. Simon and his employee were very diplomatic and professional, they started to replace the windows and the helper had to leave due to a doctor appointment at this point Simon stated he will finish the installation. He stayed until 530pm, cleaned everything up and left. Again he was very diplomatic. I would recommend Simon and his co-worker anytime. I even want him and his team to come and do my other half of windows in June.

My experience with Verdun has been exceptional. From my first phone call, I have received nothing but excellent customer service. The Sales Rep was amazing and walked me through the entire process from the quote through the installation. She also took time to answer my list of questions. The installation team was also amazing. The crew showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They also took the time to answer my questions prior to the installation and after the installation. I had all of my windows and patio door replaced and my new windows are beautiful and a vast improvement from my old windows. I am very happy with Verdun and my new windows and I would definitely recommend Verdun!

I bought my place a year or so ago and the front door and rear French patio door were in desperate need of replacement so I called Verdun. From the start to finish I have nothing but great things to say. The guys who came over today were professional, personable and their work was next level awesome!

We ordered the windows in the fall of 2020 for our cottage. Price was held for the spring install in our cottage. a couple of weeks before they were to install we were called to say that the order would be behind a month and installed May 19th. We had decided to sell the cottage a couple of weeks before hearing this and it was sold by the time they advised us with our closing being May 20th. The sale expectations were that all would be done and this was voiced to the company who then, suddenly, could install on time to avoid the inevitable legal issues involved in a property not closing and causing a chain reaction in deal fails. Once install started, the staff was working well. Stayed distant and wore masks. No real issues to speak to but they left the window on the upper floor open with no screen and a squirrel gained access. The next day staff seemed unbothered by their letting the squirrel in and the company never bothered to comment on it either. On the third day of installation, the installer changed again to another guy who was far quicker than the first crew and could have possibly cost me a day less in work loss as i had to stay at the cottage for the three days. Overall, the company using COVID as an excuse was off-putting since they were still able to have all the cottage windows installed in a couple of weeks following but said they had no parts to build them. That was a really fast build and change of schedule which we believe was unnecessary. They were quick to request the review but have yet to ask if all was good. Not really the performance we were expecting. I have deducted one star for the scheduling, one for the squirrel, and one for the lack of communication. I am editing my stars given for you saying you have nothing on file. Using the same reply to all who give you a review that does not make you shine is not professional as you DO have emails from me and clearly did not intend on replying had we not reviewed you. Sad business practices. Dont bother replying to make it look like you actually cared about our project.

Orders last sept 2020, finally got March 2 has a installation date, one door was install and paid for. The other door being the main entrance door came in damage (see photo), needed to be return. Since than, we have not had any call or any status on the next tentative installation date. Not even a sorry for our inconvenience, we had to put other contract on hold (painters) for the inside repairs.

Initially when Mike came over to give us a quote it seemed fine. However throughout the whole process we must say that we are not totally impressed. We don't believe he gave us all options initially and then we found out after we had more options such as built in blinds... but then he said it was too late because things had been ordered. Our old windows had screens on both sides and these windows only have a screen on one side which is ridiculous. This was also never mentioned to us. Not 100% sure we would recommend this company

Verdun arrived on time, worked efficiently and delivered the quality and professionalism that was promised. After they were finished installing the new windows they fully trimmed everything out reusing our existing trim at our request. It was as if they had never been there from a finishing standpoint. Would 100% recommend to family and friends.

I had Verdun Windows installed 2008 and have enjoyed the excellent upgrade from original windows . Recently I had minor problem with patio door lock. Verdun was very quick in servicing and replacing patio lock - all under warranty. I loved the prompt response and excellent warranty work Thanks Verdun!

Impressive and satisfactory experience from start to finish. Installation crew led by Martin, did a professional job, reflective of the #1 Team they call themselves. Follow through & QA was top notch. I would not go to anyone else for my window/door requirements
