Terrible Fit and Finish
Must say, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The fit finish of the trim is terrible and the service manager Marc-André told me "They look really good". The fact that they couldn't even match the screws on the hinges speakers to their attention to detail. There are many window and door companies in Ottawa, my suggestion would be to check out others before you make your purchase.

Hello, We have reviewed your file, and the screw caps are sitting nicely, and do meet industry standards. From the technician's reports he does mention that you were wanting the frame to look the same on the inside as the outside, however this is not something that we can do as the outside frame is welded in the corners and the side are simply 4 pieces joined in the corners, and they are not welded as in the event the thermos will ever need to be changed, the screw covers can easily be removed. If you would like us to change them again, please call our service department and we would be more than happy to help you, however we cannot guarantee that they will look any different. Terrible service, one screw up after another, would never recommend
After taking measurements twice, Verdun somehow ordered windows that were the wrong size, and a missing screen and handle. I was promised replacement windows within a week. Nobody followed up, nothing was scheduled when I called them 2 weeks later to see what was going on. 5 weeks later they are scheduled to come replace the windows.. Oops we only built 1 new window! Screwed up again. of course, nobody takes ownership, my sales rep is not returning emails or calls. I've repeatedly asked for the manager to contact me but never does. Finally on the 3rd appointment I call to make sure they have the screen and handle with them and the proper number of windows, I'm assured they have everything. Guess what, the screen was never even made. I call Verdun office again, nobody knows or cares, I've asked for the manager to call me, never does. I call and email my sales rep, he doesn't even bother to reply. This company is a joke, the windows don't function well. The locks are impossible to use, the windows don't glide smoothly at all, garbage product.

Window and Door replacement
Team Jean-Marc and Rob were very professional and their workmanship was topnotch! We are extremely pleased with the quality of doors and windows and would highly recommend Verdun! S&B - Dunrobin

changing a window
We were looking to change a bedroom window to facilitate the instalation of an air conditioning unit. we contacted Verdun Windows for an estimate. To make a long story short a rep introduced us to their product and we were plaisently supprised by the quality of the product. The instalation was done in the most professional way ...they even vacumes afte the instalation!

Very pleased with Verdun
Installer was extremely courteous and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the job he did and we love our new windows. Verdun will definitely be getting our future window/door business! Should of done this years ago.

Basement windows and front door
We ordered two basement windows and a new front door. The service was amazing from our initial consult to measuring and our installation. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional at all times and the end result is two beautiful windows and a lovely front door. We are already planning to use Verdun again in the spring to replace some more windows.

Windows
The two window experts from Verdun came into our house and did a magnificent job in taking out our old Windows and putting in the new windows. My wife and I definitely made the right decision in choosing Verdun and the two professionals who did did the job at our house. Thank you Verdun. We will definitely use you again.

Converting Small Family Room into a Partial Solarium (plus major work)
Before the renovation, the only light in the family room came from the patio door; I wanted a much brighter room that would allow me to look onto the flower and shrubs gardens. Verdun installed three large panoramic windows in the small room, changed my patio door, replaced my dining room window, and installed a new window in a new opening in the hallway on the second floor which also made the stairway so much brighter. The only regret I have is not having done that 30 years ago!

Whole home window replacement
We had a few issues with install. In particular a basement window that came in the wrong size and color a few times. Josie resolved the issues to my satisfaction.

Window replacement
They Showed up on time, and the work was carried out neatly and efficiently. They cleaned up well afterwards. Wimdows look great. Professional and courteous. I would Definitely recommend them.
