When I was ready to upgrade my doors a friend of mine suggested Verdun Windows and Doors. The workers arrived when they said they would. They were both very pleasant, showed me the products before they began the job and confirmed everything that was to be done. They worked quickly and made sure when they finished they left the area nice and clean. They politely answered all my questions something I very much appreciated. When they finished the entire job they went over everything again and made sure I was happy with the end result. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was polite, pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Two windows replaced on main floor and one on the second floor in a 110 year old house. I highly recommend Verdun Windows and Doors. They were efficient, timely and did an excellent job on both the interior and exterior work. The windows are beautiful too!

I enjoyed going through their show room and their product looked great. Ask for a quote and sales person was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I settled on casement windows for the whole house. The installation crew worked hard to get the windows installed in one day. They were professional and pleasant to be around at the same time. I love the finished product and their 25 year guarantee on everything is truly amazing. It is hard to keep the house warm these days as my grandsons keep opening and closing the windows.

We needed to replace 7 windows in our home due to them being mostly original (i.e. 30 years old). We received quotes from several contractors in the Ottawa region and Verdun came out on top due to their price and inclusions. The big selling point for us was our bay window. The previous owner did their own do-it-yourself stone siding around the old bay window and we wanted to remove the old cheap stonework and install modern siding. Verdun supplied the siding in the color we wanted and did the work to install it professionally without increasing the overall cost of the project by an unreasonable amount. Verdun was quick in their installation and unobtrusive as well, limiting their time inside due to COVID-19 concerns, and cleaned up after themselves. The wait between agreeing to the quoted price and signing the contract to actually getting the windows installed was around 2-3 months, which is a little on the long side, however this can be explained due to the back-up of jobs during high season and the various shut downs. Ultimately the work was still completed before summer was over and we can get through the colder months with new insulated windows, so Verdun delivered as promised and we are happy customers. In the end the 7 windows we received were beautifully installed and should last decades, especially with Verdun's warranty.

Great service and a very friendly customer care team. The new windows and door make the house look so much better and more modern. There was an issue with the door, and Verdun brought it to our attention and had it rectified fairly quick. I would recommend their services.

We just had all of the windows on the first and second floors, as well as the front and rear doors replaced. The new windows and doors are of the highest quality, well made and look fantastic. The installers, Denis and Ryan, worked tirelessly and flawlessly. Their workmanship is excellent and they were a pleasure to have in our home.
