    New doors

    Second time using Verdun Windows and Doors. Their product is a quality one and warranty hard to beat. Had back door and patio door replaced. The entire experience from sales to install was a great one! Highly recommend.

    New Front and Patio Doors

    The installers were very professional and courteous. The installation of our 2 new doors went very well. We love the new look and we are certain that they will protect us much better from the cold than the old ones. The old doors came with the house and were more than 19 years. We have had all the windows and doors replaced by Verdun and all their installers are very professional. We only have praise for the quality of products and their installers.

    Your standards must have slipped.

    Had ONE widow installed.First I was told the window was to big (40”x80”)and had to be assembled on site.Extra charge $440.- plus taxes. Installers arrived 2 weeks ago and looking at the parts in their trailer informed me it was not possible to assemble on site.This week the crew arrived with the assembled window and installed it.They have to come back to fix 3 deficiencies and I have to fight to get my $440.- plus taxes removed from my bill.Communication with sales lady not very good. August 13/20

    Nice window, friendly installers

    Had a not great experience initially, but everything eventually worked out and we got what we asked for. The installers were friendly and professional.     window installation

    we were very pleased with the company for its flexibility as to when they would put in the new window. The salesman Andrew and installers Ryan and Jason were friendly and professional people.Would highly recommend them.

    Poor install, had to redo

    Buyer beware: installers are 3rd party. Also, had to have several corrections with salesperson about costs and items we agreed to. Installed 2 windows and 1 door. Installers left lots of fiberglass in our laundry basket (hidden to me so I washed them which ruined clothes). They did a very poor front door install, not finishing it and leaving holes in the wall visible to exterior which was made worse by fact install was done in cold Oct/Nov. Dented front panel. Slanted door. Had to have the whole newly installed door replaced (by them with thankfully more competent installers). Windows needed touch ups with vinyl filling. Their inspector was not impressed. After several complaints, and staff turnover finally at least got a discount but definitely not as reflective of hassle. and loss in clothes.

    Window Installation

    Excellent customer service from beginning to end. From my sales person Paul to my two installers Eric and another Paul my experience was nothing but positive! Everyone was professional personable and very easy to get along with. The quality of the windows is excellent the installation was flawless they cleaned up everything inside and out. Eric and Paul had a great sense of humor and I was very comfortable having them in my home! I would recommend Verdun in a heartbeat!

    Replacement windows supply and installed

    Great service Jason and Ryan arrived early and had masks for covid. Friendly, efficient and professional. Beautiful windows. Great experience from sales to installation. I could not be happier with the end product.

    Two window replacements

    A positive experience all around, from the initial quote to the final measurements through installation. All folks we dealt with were prompt, courteous, efficient, with obvious expertise. We're very pleased.

    New front door

    We needed a door upgrade from the builder supplied front door. Verdun made the whole process seamless. From choosing the door shape, colour and glass pattern, to the final install, everything went as planned. We are very happy with the result.
