Don't use this company! We were supposed to have a three hour clean. They sent two people and claimed that means we only get 1.5 hours - I've used several cleaning services and never heard of this (and if that is the case, they should specify in the Groupon deal). The women who came were awful - they just left and they didn't clean the stove, the fridge (not the inside - I mean they didn't clean the outside) and the kitchen cupboards are filthy. They didn't empty wastebaskets, the baseboards aren't clean, they didn't vacuum the stairs - basically two women spent 1.5 hours cleaning the bathrooms and the floors. When we complained, they nonchalantly told us to call the company and complain. I'd never let these women back in my house - waste of money.

When I called to book my "3 hour" house cleaning I was told that since it would be 2 ladies coming to clean my home that they would be there for only 1.5 hours not 3 hours! This groupon deal is completely deceiving! I have had many cleaning services and not 1 ever books only 1 lady, they always clean in pairs. Because of this deception I don't care how good the 1.5 hours of cleaning floors and bathrooms is, I will not ue this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone!

This is a groupon coupon I bought oneline. Its was 149.00$ worth of service for 49.00$ for 3 hours of cleaning. I wasn't home the day they came but my husband was. They at my house for aobut 40mins. How do you clean a 2400sq home in 40mins. When I came back home I had to vacumm and clean my stainless appliances. They use some lousy products.

Ladies, the best job i have seen so far. On time, professional and reliable. I now am using this company on a weekly basis in my new home in york region.

I called & spoke with a guy named Salice to find out about a Groupon Offer I received. I wanted to confirm they would be honouring the coupon, he snarily answered "Of course we do.". I stated I had heard that some have ordered from Groupon & and the companies were not honouring the coupons so I wanted to confirm. (I was not please from this point & it got progressively worse). I then asked about what the service entailed. He said "Well don't you have the e-mail? What does it say?" I said can you not answer my question, he said "Of course, I know exactly what it's for." I again asked if he would be willing to tell me, then I said based on this conversation thus far, I was not impressed with the service, he then said "Well you don't have to get it then" and then hung up. I WOULD DEFINITELY NEVER USE A COMPANY THAT TREATED ME OR ANYONE LIKE THIS LET ALONE RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Finally after 6 cleaning companies in the past 3 years, I finally found my perfect match. These 2 lady's came to my home fully equipped and ready to tackle all my wants. They did everything and i mean everything and because of that I am a regular weekly client. Spread the word they are amazing.

i had desperate house maids come to clean my house after a friend had recommended them to me. i was reluctant at first because i have had bad experiences in the past with other cleaning companies...i was pleasently surprised!! Nicole and casandra were very profesional and had an excelent attitude! they walked in and got right to work they even pointed out some areas that i have never noticed. they gave 110% and it shows that they take pride in their work. i have never seen my home shine as it does after they leave! my wife and i refuse to have anyone else in our home because the staff in the office and on the road are all hard working and friendly! i couldnt be more thrilled with this company as a whole and have been hooked ever since!

Hello desperate housemaids I loved the service that you provided me with. I had two wonderful, hard workig ladies at my home last week by the name of Nicole and Casandra. I appreciated all the extra things that they did and would love for them to return to my home.

Best maid service i've ever used by far and i've used them all!! Great job, freindly, very thorough, did vapour cleaning and no chemicals involved. Will recommend for sure...and i'm very picky!!! .

I never write reviews. However, I thought that this was well deserved. The team of ladies that came to my home last week were absolutely amazing. I've had a company for 2 years now cleaning my home, but decided to give Desperate Housemaids a try after hearing some great feed back from friends. Let me tell you, it was well worth it. They cleaned things that I never thought of. Looks like I found myself a new company and I want to tell everyone about it. Amazing!
