Had six new windows installed in a older home. Everything from setting up a quote to checking their work was easy. They did a great job, so checking it was simple. Installers did the best they could with keeping everything clean after they finished. I have more windows and doors to be replaced still and won't hesitate on letting Lux do the rest of my work!

We had all our windows replaced in our house. The salesman (Shawn) was wonderful and answered every question we had & made recommendations that we never thought of. The guys that came out to do our windows were awesome. They were friendly, very clean & went above and beyond. Truly the best in town. We have had people stop and ask about our new windows and would HIGHLY recommend Lux windows.

My wife and I recently decided to replace all of the windows on the top floor in our house, so we gave Lux a call. Annie Tinkler was very thorough in going over all of the options and breaking the quote down for us, and the installation crew worked efficiently and in a very timely manner to complete the project. There will be no question as to who we will solicit when the day comes to replace the rest of the windows throughout the remainder of our home.

We had large window replaced in our family and the entire experience was excellent. The quality and design of the window is also excellent. The delivery and installation of the window was done in a most professional manner with total attention to detail. Runners were placed to protect our flooring and to keep the work area clean. Our whole experience from site visit to finalize measurements, to receive a quote, to scheduling and installation was excellent. Thank you Lux for a job well done.

We had Lux replace a few windows and a door last winter and then had a few more windows replaced a few weeks ago. We have been extremely impressed with the Lux team - Shaun, whom we met at the showroom and who did a thorough job measuring all of our windows and consulting with us on the best designs; Ian and Brett, the outstanding, efficient and personable installers; and Doug, who came out to inspect and test all the windows and the door we had replaced in the past 2 years and gave us some helpful tips and information. Their products have been top notch and so has their service. We would recommend Lux to anyone and everyone!

We selected LUX after reviewing most of the window manufacturers available to us in Calgary. We chose to install aluminum clad vinyl casement and fixed windows, and fiberglass doors. Our installation team (Jack, Melissa, and team) arrived exactly when promised, and proved to be the highlight of the event. We found them to be extremely capable, professional, detail oriented, and their work was impeccable. We would highly recommend LUX as a manufacturer, and Jack and Melissa as and installation team.

This is the third time I have dealt with Lux Windows and each time it was a pleasure. They are very professional and the products are excellent. It is the only place I would purchase doors or windows.

I've used Lux windows in the past and was very happy with the service and product I received. Upon needing to replace my kitchen and bathroom window I called Lux once again. I received additional quotes and Lux came in less than others. The service I received from the time of ordering, to booking the appointment for install, to the installation itself was excellent. The two men that came out were warm and professional.

We wanted to get a new front door, as our current one was just a basic door that was likely what the builder of the house installed. It also had light coming through the cracks, which probably means air was coming through as well. From the start, we received very friendly and timely service, from coming to our place for a consultation, to providing us a with quote. The installation process went very smoothly and the installer did a great job (I think it may have taken a bit longer than he expected, but it was fine). Overall, we are very happy with our new door. It looks fantastic and actually fits properly! We would certainly recommend Lux to anyone looking to have a new door installed, and we will definitely use them again when it comes time to change our windows. Thanks Lux!

I have a 25 year old duplex and began noticing drafts coming from my windows in several rooms. A buddy of mine at work used Lux to replace his windows and raved about them, so I gave Lux a call. Steve came to my house and gave my an overview of the products to consider and then sent me an estimate for my windows - even telling me which windows could wait a while longer to be replaced, since I didn't have quite enough in the budget to replace them all. I went to the showroom to make my final selections and even that was a pleasant, low pressure experience. When Carlos and his team came out for the work, they were friendly, neat and very professional - and when they were done they returned my house to me the way I left it. They were flexible with my schedule and were quick to answer any questions I had. My new windows look fantastic, my home is much quieter and there are no cold drafts! Overall, I am more than happy with the work I had done by Lux Windows. Very well done.
