From the 1st call to request a quote all the way to the installation, everything went very smooth. The installer was very knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and courteous. This is our 2nd window purchase from Lux and would recommend them without a doubt to anyone!

The quality of the windows are of a high standard. The install crew displayed a high quality of craftsmanship and professionalism. They left the site in a very clean condition. We would highly recommend LUX for any window replacement. Service and quality you won't regret.

Great service from start to finish. Every member of the team was here when expected and respond to inquiries were met in a timely fashion. Installer did a fantastic job and was easy to have around. There was also a followup to make sure the job met their standards. This is the third time I have Lux and certainly will be a repeat customer

We've been using Lux for a few years now, three separate jobs, and have always been very happy with the product and especially the service. From the showroom to the jobsite, all the folks have been courteous and professional. Quotes are quick, production schedules have been met and we've always hit our install date. As well, the installers have shown up on time, and are very conscientious about their work. We've had a couple of warranty issues, from a minor adjustment to a full sash replacement due to a manufacturing defect. Both were handled quickly, without question, to our satisfaction. We'll certainly be back.

Good morning Erin, Thanks for the follow up note… The windows are beautiful, and preforming as expected. We’ve noticed the difference in heat transfer already, as this is a welcome advantage to these great new windows. There seems to be no issues with any of the window installations so far, but we will keep you posted should anything arise. However, the one thing I do miss is the bronze tint we had on the old windows…loved the look, and the slight privacy. Jack and his team were very engaging, and a pleasure to work with. They worked as a team; cleaning as they went, and completed a very professional job every day. We had a couple minor breakages, but were resolved immediately. All in all, they were very engaging, respectful of the house, and did a great job!!! Overall …Elaine and I are very pleased with the whole experience dealing with Lux, and we’ve been very proactive promoting you to our neighbors and friends as the discussion comes up. Wow, is what I have to say about the service we received from Lux Windows. From the sales process to the final installation. Darryl and Steve who come to install our new patio door were amazing. Love the product, we choose to go with a new sliding door with the blinds inside, looks gorgeous and work amazing. Thank you so much to the team

Stellar service. Highly recommend. I will only use LUX from now on, and only recommend them to my friends and family. I was well taken care of from the moment I reached to Lux, to beyond my installation. No issues. No hassles. Suzanne was professional, helpful, timely and wonderful. She came to my home and explained the process very well. She was timely in answering my questions. She was excellent at outlining the process. She was helpful in my decision. Jim went above and beyond in providing assistance/recommendations for handles. Darryl was an excellent 'face' to the company when it came to the installation. All of this and not to mention, I am thrilled with my new door. Thank you LUX!

We replaced all windows in our home and were impressed with every aspect of the Lux experience. Our salesman Derek gave us lots of space to make our decision and came back enthusiastically a second time to go through the order with us. The Lux hybrid product we selected (metal clad exterior, vinyl interior) looks great and provides an excellent warranty (25 years) which I am sure will provide us with many years of peace of mind. We obtained two other quotes for significantly higher costs. I was so pleased with the installation process and the final result. I must say that the installation crew led by Jack (and including Melissa, John, Chris and others) was terrific. I was very worried about my kitchen backsplash and some custom window mouldings that had to be removed, but I need not have worried. In fact, I believe Melissa put the custom window trim back on better than they were before. Jack instructed me on the window use/screen removal. They were professional, highly skilled and what a fine team they make!! The day after installation a quality control visit was paid and it was determined that one of the seals was compromised allowing some moisture in - Lux looked after that immediately and to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Lux! My only suggestion to future customers is to look carefully at the exterior sample colors in all kinds of light. We made our decision in the flat light of January and although it looks just fine (we chose bronze) with our black doors if I had it to do over I would have chosen black!! I will look forward to hearing from you about the said glass replacement in due course.

Used Lux Windows before and this time I did not hesitate to call them for my new windows on the second floor of our home. Professional installation and courtesy follow up by field technician is the best customer service that I had. Quality of the Lux windows is great and you can feel the difference right away. I will highly recommend Lux to anybody regardless of the size of the project.

This is my second experience with Lux. In 2013 they installed a new patio door for me. When I decided to replace my windows recently I didn't look at anyone else - just went to Steve @ Lux to get a price. They did an excellent job with the patio door -no hassles for me - and they did the same this time. They employ first class staff.
