I am extremely disappointed with the door system. The quality of the product is poor at best. The side light window panel produces condensation on the inside of the window as soon as the weather goes below 0 degrees. A service person from Lux came by to inspect but there was no follow up. The best we could get was air in between the glass panels yet we paid for argon to be in between the panes of glass. In addition everything that was ordered for the door was incorrect- the hardware, the simulated divided light pieces. I do not believe there was any quality inspection prior to this door system loving the factor.

An overall wonderful experience! We were in a pinch to replace a broken window. Lux Windows was able to come to our home, measure and install, in no time at all! Knowledgeable and friendly staff from sales to installers. Nothing left behind and a perfect match. You would never know. Thank you Lux!!

We had some issues with the initial installation service from Lux windows, however the quality of the windows cannot be faulted and prior issues have now been resolved with appropriate follow-up, excellent workmanship and good customer service.

I did a lot of research before choosing a window company. I had six quotes and visited five company's showrooms. I thought I had done all I could to ensure a good experience. We opted for triple pane, double low-e windows to get the best energy efficiency and noise reduction. We do notice a difference in the cold transmission, but nothing in noise reduction at all. In fact the new windows seem to let in more noise than the old cheap builder ones. When the installers came, one window didn't fit and the mullion bars did not line up with the lower window. The glass was too thick and couldn't be installed. The mullion bars were between the outside and middle panes of glass on the side window, but the installers put the middle window in backwards with the mullion bars between the inside and middle panes. The guys that came to replace the upper window, didn't bring any new window and didn't know anything about the problem. Now I have to wait another week for the new window to be built and hope that whoever they send to install it knows what they're doing. My house has been turned upside down with the process and now it will be another week and more mess again! Trying to get anyone on the phone at the company is a very trying experience and requires A LOT of patience. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, but everyone else on the phone that I've dealt with has been anything but. The installation co-ordinator (Angela) was so rude it was disgusting. It's a good thing I wasn't there in person. Unfortunately you don't get to talk to these people until after the company has your business and a hefty deposit. If I'd known how rude they were I wouldn't have gone with this company. Would NEVER use them again or recommend them. to anyone.

We are in the process of having all of our windows replaced after kicking tires for a few years. The Lux salesman had kept our quote from 3 years ago on file, making it easy to get started, and gave us many helpful suggestions. He has been very easy to deal with, and has accommodated our schedule. So far it's a great company to work with!

In 2002 our family decided to upgrade our windows in the upstairs of our house so that our children could have windows that could open and have screens on them. We were able to find windows that perfectly matched what we were looking for. These windows were installed in a clean and timely manner. We were very impressed with the service we received. Would recommend this company to others.

Awesome from start to finish. Sales (Suzanne) was incredibily professional, knowledgable, and not at all pushy which was great as that's a big turn off for me. She gave great suggestions and really helped us decide of what would work best for our home. Installation was timely & professionally completed. We are thrilled with the finished product and look forward to testing these efficient babies out next winter! Thanks again to all at Lux!

This is a great company. They were very professional, polite, and considerate. They never made me feel unknowledgeable. I had assumed I needed the most expensive windows to meet my needs and they actually discussed my needs and showed me a better choice which ended up being less expensive! Great choice.

Thanks for the excellent service! Your crew was very fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves as well, which was nice to see. In addition, I had a small issue with the window crank so I called them up and their service rep was happy to help me out and they had some out to my house to fix the problem right away. Cheers!
