Decided to replace all of the windows in our 1998 house. They came to the house to measure and inspect and did up a high medium and low quote. Very informative and knew the product well. Went to the show room to look through our options and went for it. Install was 2 days and very clean and professional. Great team all around, local company with great service, product and warranty. Highly recommend.

Suzanne did a great job informing us exactly what we needed and what kind of a product we were ordering. There was no hidden cost and were told exactly what the installers were going to do. She was very professional. What a great product we received and the installers did a great job putting in the windows, cleaned up the site and I had no touch ups at all to deal with. Very pleased with the whole process. For what we got paid what it was worth. Great Job Lux, you should be proud !

Lux Windows was recommended by my builder and they supplied all the windows and doors for our new house when the previous one exploded and burned down three years ago. After construction I have had to call upon various trades and companies to do some service work. Some trades have been slow to respond but Lux Windows has been outstanding, especially Jimmy, the Service Manager. The products are very good, but more importantly, the after sale service has been terrific. Their servicemen have been courteous and eager to do the best work possible, appointments have been on time, and they are very customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend this company for both quality and service.

AMAZING!! Started from our salesman Steve - who was on time, knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. He provided a quote and I never felt pressured to buy. There price was reasonable and I decided to deal with a local company which built the windows in Calgary. it took Jack and his crew 4 days to install all the product, hauled away the old windows and cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough about the installers and staff at Lux. Keep up the great work!

From the in home consultation to the punctual and hardworking installers we have nothing but good things to say about Lux. Derek was our sales rep and has been wonderful to deal with this second round of replacements. We had previously replaced two other windows in our home and were extremely happy with their products and installs. This time we put two new privacy glassed windows in our new master bathroom and replaced our patio, front and garage entry doors. The install time was perfect to go with the rest of our renovation schedule and when it was done the installers did a very good job of cleaning up before heading out so my children wouldn;t be finding nails or other sharp objects to play with. Thank you Lux, we will be back when we are ready to do the rest of our windows.

My bedroom windows were replaced by Lux. They made an error installing one window which they rectified. The sales people and installers were professional and pleasant to deal with. They put a rush on the manufacture after the problem.

We purchased 2 regular doors and a set of patio doors from Lux. One of the doors was ordered the wrong size by their sales rep. They wouldn't make good on the mistake - no replacement/refund. Next the silicone seal was not applied properly at their factory on one of the door frames. I had to go pick some up and apply it myself. Now the bronze cladding is coming away from the frame - and they won't schedule a service to come until 35 days from my call. There s no follow up and no service - they don't stand behind their product and they blame everyone else for why their products are of poor quality.

We had several quotes for replacing all of the windows and doors on our home. Lux won us over with the quality of product, professionalism of the sales and install team and value for the dollar. Derek in sales did a great job of ensuring we were purchasing the right product for our needs and Jack and his install crew were on time, polite, friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend lux windows to everyone!

Lux Windows was very impressive. My wife is very discerning when it comes to purchasing items for the household. She was impressed by the whole process from meeting the sales representative to the person doing the follow-up servicing. Of all the companies we shopped and visited, Lux was the one that gave her the most comfort level in dealing with a company that stands behind their product and service. The sales representative was very helpful in educating and walking her through the processes to come once we purchased. Lux accommodated her in having the installation done prior to holiday season. Lux’s installers were prompt as scheduled that morning in the set-up and work in earnest. They were efficient and respectful of the occupants, while minimizing the amount of heat loss. Especially, the installation of a large single door with a transom above and two full length side panels from a existing double door entry way. As the work crew progressed through all the windows on the top floor with exception of some minor dust it was absolutely impressive that they minimized and cleaned up the messes as they went along. They even laid down coverings over our white carpeted hallway and wore plastic foot covers. One great thing was that the team leader always involved us when decisions were required and let us know the pros and cons of our options. Will use them again for a couple of windows I had left for later as one of those windows I have noticed lately, is that the seal has been comprised since then.
