Windows & Doors Replacement
I and my wife had Becker windows installed in our previous place 12 years ago, and it worked great. We just got vinyl windows and Sliding patio door installed by Becker in our new house. It was very nice after so many years to deal with same representatives Serge & Alex again. Even installation crew was the same. We are very pleased. Great product. Everything is done professionally, and exactly as promised. Our house looks and feels great. Strongly recommend Becker to everybody. We will use Becker Windows for all our future projects.

Custom Door and Windows
Definately NOT recommended. My original contract and window selection was modified and not honoured during installation. Modifications were not documented properly internally. They refused to correct their mistake. The custom solution is a window immediately beside the front door and a very pointy safety hazard when it is cranked open (especially for children), it was suppsed to be a slider window. I dealt with Alex, who commented that I was a single mother and I found him condascending and beligerent. The quality of the installation and materials was good. Problem resolution and accountabilty, terrible! Addendum: I have had ZERO interaction with this guy responding below. He can’t even get my name right, has never spoken to me and HE is telling ME whether I’m a happy customer or not? LOL! This is the absurdity I’m dealing with and why I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I spoke to Walter the day of the installation to complain (who agreed to replace the erroneous window). Spoke to Alex later on, who claimed Walter was unavailable and there was no documentation regarding the error, so there was no error. Alex also told me HE was the owner and there was no one else I could speak to. He did eventually consent to replace the window, get this... ONLY IF I agreed to thousands of dollars of additional work AND I paid for the installation to correct their mistake. Who would agree to thousands of dollars of additional work from someone who couldn’t get the initial job right and refused to correct it free of charge???

Hello, my name is Simon Shreybe, co-founder of Becker Window & Door Ind. Ltd. and I would like to take a moment and address this kind of opinion. I'm puzzled by this review, as after my thorough investigation, I was able to determine that it is completely not true! Mrs. Kim Mc***** is contradicting herself with this slanderous review and unfortunately misleading others!! Mrs. Kim contacted our company August 2012, as a happy previous customer to order remaining two (2) windows and at the end of the conversation started claiming that one (1) window that was installed with her Door System ten (10) months prior; November 2011 "was wrong". Her Front Door system that was ordered in the original contract was with a "wind out" style window sidelight. Mrs. Kim insisted that Becker "made a mistake back then, ten (10) months ago and she "does not like" her crank out style window now. She wants to have a "slider style" window. After checking the contract and cross referencing with a customer copy, (that was left with her after signing), we determined that there was NO MISTAKE by salesperson or any internal work order. There was no slider style window with her door anywhere on the contract. What was ordered at the time WAS completed & installed, Nov 2011! We tried explaining that "custom build windows" do NOT HAVE an EXCHANGE OR REFUND PROGRAMM after ten (10) months post installation, but as a "good will" and a previous customer we offered to exchange the window paired up with the new two (2) window order at no charge for the replacement window, valued at $450.00: and only to cover the re-installation cost. To that we received a “NO” and that she Mrs. Kim is going to complain!!!! At no time was Mrs. Kim treated unfairly or without respect. Becker Window & Door Ind. Ltd has been proudly serving three generations of Canadians and have completed thousands of quality installations. We feel that we have made every possible effort to resolve the situation even if the customer is being totally unreasonable and there is no fault of ours! Respectfully, Simon Shreybe /Co-Founder/

Window Installation
I love the idea that you can go on Becker Window website and calculate the window you want and get an automatic quote. We had several windows installed and was very satisfied with the product and service. Our sales rep was Serge and he was very professional and a great person to deal with. We are getting more windows installed in the Fall. I highly recommend them.

Replacing windows and door
Salesman was very knowledgable of windows and features. Told me if I was shopping around for windows this is what you need to look for when comparing windows. Right on time, did the complete rip out of windows and replaced door, friendly and good workmanship.

Replaced Windows
I found Becker's online estimate calculator very helpful (and as it turns out accurate.) Every single person I dealt with was personable, courteous and helpful. They arrived at every meeting on time and their delivery estimate was dead on. The fellows who installed my windows were complete gentlemen who worked very efficiently and did a marvelous job. (They were even respectful of my cats!) I am thrilled with the end result and would heartily recommend Becker to anyone.

exchanging of door's lock
4 years ago Becker Windows installed windows and entrance door in my house. Recently the lock in the door abruptly failed. I was surprised as it was from well know company and not cheap. Whithout any disputes company changed me the lock and did not ask any money for that. I even did not expect such extended waranty. I only can add that quality of widnows is very good, I do not have any problems with them.

All windows installation
We met Simon at the Home Show in Oakville, shortly after he came and gave us a quote to replace all windows in our house. We had coupe of other quotes, but we were impressed by quality of Becker Windows and price was competitive. It is been 2 years since we had our windows done. They look great, installation was fast and efficient, house was left spotless. And now we feel a difference on our heating bills every summer and winter.

Start to finish - from the sales staff to installers, Becker guys were very professional, on time, very clean, efficient. I would recommend this company to friends and family for your window needs.

New Windows
We had quotes from a few window and door installers and Becker won hands down on quality, service, price, workmanship, and friendliness. They explained the window systems and the pros and cons of each option without trying to oversell anything. The installation team that came worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job without even a single flaw or issue. Recommend these guys highly.

Window Replacement
A week ago, we had our windows done by Becker. We chose Becker after visiting their display at the Burlington Home Show. We were immediately impressed with what they had to offer, the quality of their materials custom made here in Canada at their factory; and the service that they promised; and most importantly the price was competitive. Simon initially took care of us. He is a very knowledgeable person in his trade perspective. He made some recommendations on the style and color which suited our house fabulously. Furthermore, he is a very caring and honest person who wants to give his best to his customers. He provided us with an excellent customer experience. All of Becker's Staff are highly skilled and very professional individuals: Alex was very accurate in the measurements. All of the 16 windows were fitted accurately. Denny, who did all the installing is highly skilled, very professional and an expert in his trade. Watching him do his work is likened to a magician who effortlessly weaves his magic wand!!!!!! Costas was very efficient, well coordinated and very organized. After the work was completed, the areas were spotlessly cleaned. Thank you Becker and to all your Staff.
