    Window replacement

    Becker windows and doors was recomended to us by our friend. There is no better way to go than word of the mouth. Our friend had her windows done 8 years ago and had no problems at all. We did our homework and had four other estimates to compare with and Becker won. Becker windows are made here in Canada and all hardwear as well. Warranty is fully transferable and it is for life ( parts and labor) this was one of their stronger points in our decision. Everything went smooth and exactly how it was signed in the contract .Thanks goes to Serg, Alex, Cule and Kosta.

    Windows and door replacement

    Had (14) Windows, (1) Side Door and (1) Patio Door replaced in early spring. Becker Windows did an outstanding job with these. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From Simon the sales rep to Cosmo and Danny the installers, everything was very professional. Installation went very smoothly and was done in less than (2) days. Windows were a mix of casement, sliders and awning. Very happy with the overall project and windows still look great after (5) months. I have (4) windows that will probably need to be replaced within the next (5) years or so. I know who will be first on my list for the project!

    Whole House Window Replacement

    We had all of our windows replaced (20), new front door, new garage entrance door and new patio door. The team from Becker Windows was outstanding. David arrived and walked us through the entire process including the window manufacturing process and then provided us with a very succinct and itemized quote that was more than competitive. Next came Alex to do the measuring (from what the end result was he clearly did a great job). We were informed up front that the manufacturing could take 5 to 7 weeks and exactly 6 weeks to the day of us signing our contract, Simon and his crew were at our house starting 2 days of installation. On Canada Day we had a crew of 6 here and the next day a crew of 4. They were professional and courteous. Everything outdid our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Becker for anyone looking for new windows or doors.

    Quick, easy,excellent installation and follow up service. I love the new view out of my Becker Windows! Highly recommended, highly professional and well priced. And really nice installation men. Thanks Becker Windows!

    Windows Replacement

    Sales personnel (Alex and Serge) were very knowledgeable and suggested proper windows for us. The measurements were practically flawless with one mistake which was duly corrected by installers. The installers were on time. They worked in the orderly fashion attempting to do the work in one section of the house before moving to the next. They cleaned major garbage after themselves and made their best to keep all windows intact because we asked them to leave the pieces to be reused during the greenhouse construction. Overall the experience was very positive and I will gladly recommend your crew to any person in need of windows replacement.

    WINDOWS

    We just recently Installed all windows in our home, by Becker Window, I found them through my neighborhood in Aurora, as they were installing in that are.. as my house is 20 years old and needed window as the quality we had was not the greatest.I've checked them out as far as the quality and reputation on workmanshipI found out there product is 100% made in Canada, Energy Star approved and CSA tested and certified. Their prices were very competitive, and their windows comes fully transferable non prorated lifetime warranty on parts and labor, this was one on their strong point in our decision. We were very happy with the work they provided, especially the very clean install...I definitely recommend them...Excellent Job done

    Windows

    I am sure many of us made good comments in regards to windows installation and company that does the installation. I like to be firm and consistent. We parched $33,800 worth of windows from Backer Windows and I was pleased with the sales people specially Alex who came over to measure the windows, and explained in details of installation and windows quality and workmanship. I was impressed by the knowledge that he possess. His crew was excellent Dragutin and Costa was on time and did a great job installing the upper floor. Make the story short, crew arrived at the site and few windows were missing, I wonder why, why the order wasn't complete after six weeks of waiting time. Next day truck pulls in my driveway with Vinlguard logo and drop of rest of the order, my hart stopped. (Why not Backer) These two bay windows didn't fit the bay frame, the angle was wrong. After few strong words they took one window back for retrofit. Hopefully they will fix the issue ASAP. Will keep you posted, they promised one bay window will be fixed in two days. We understand that you had some confusion regarding delivery. The installation was booked for three (3) days, which fits the estimated lead time 6-8 weeks. Your Bay windows were NOT missing or forgotten. They were scheduled to be delivered the next day of installation with the carrier on a larger truck. During the installation, when the concern was raised about the angle of the Bay window, the installation supervisor was contacted and arrived at the job site. It was decided to take the Bay window back to the shop, and make a new one. The next morning, the NEW Bay window was delivered to the site and installed. The installation of all 47 windows and a Patio Door is successfully completed.     window guranteewarranty issues

    caulking came apart and water damage was imminent...the company was very uncooperative when asked about the warranty There is no exclusion for this under the warranty. I had to go to a lawyer

I have no record of service call request regarding window warranty as I do not even have your name, address, contact information that I am able to confirm if you even bought windows through us. Our windows are CSA tested & certified and Energy Star compliant and come with "Lifetime warranty". You are mentioning "calking", it is subject to annual maintenance to be done by the home owner. It may need to be re-applied as per "Ontario Building Code" and is part of normal wear and tear. For example; when you car wiper blades or tires wear out, you do not call to the car builder or to the lawyer. Having said so, we at "Becker" provide service above and beyond.     Window Repair

    Becker Window & Doors installed new windows in our home some years ago. Recently condensation built up between the glass in our large front window. After 1 phone call + 1 email with an attached picture sent to Becker, they set up an appointment. 2 weeks later on time & schedule, A Becker Window rep. arrived and replaced the window. Kudos to the Becker Team, your commitment and loyalty to us is very much appreciated..!

    Windows & Doors

    Becker did a very good job to install windows and Doors.There was something that required to be fixed and Nancy made an arrangement with Alex Lutin.With both of them as a team Alex came over and he fixed what ever was required and beyond to make sure the work was done the right way the first time.Thank You Alex and Nancy Kindly
