    Replacement window TWENTY FIVE YEARS after original

    Excellent and cost effective windows by Becker 25 years ago. As good today as when installed. Our daughter broke a frame and Becker could replace it on a couple of days notice . These people are the BEST !!! So are their products and service ! We have no vested interest in Becker, and we are pretty skeptical of warranties and customer service, but Becker and their staff are a throwback to a time when home improvement companies cared.

    Multiple window replacements

    I have hired Becker twice to replace windows. I have been so happy with their product, install and customer service. They came out for an initial quotation quickly and had the job done in the time they'd promised. I am continually thankful for my beautiful windows and am so glad that I decided to choose this company. Would recommend to anyone I knew. I had a small problem with the install which took longer than it should have to be resolved, but now that it's completed I couldn't be happier.

    Window and door replacement

    We were very pleased with the service we received and the windows and doors that were installed. Alex was our contact person and would answer all our questions, phone or email, very quickly, even at 9:00 at night. The two men who came to install the windows and doors were very professional and respectful of us. We had 4 quotes before deciding on Becker. Their cost was not only the best but their customer service was the best as well. I would highly recommend this company.

    Beautiful, functional windows

    We got all our windows replaced in November 2019. After having gone through a winter and a very cold spring, we can honestly say we are thrilled with the quality of our windows. Installation was quick, professional and seamless. We would highly recommend Becker Windows.

    An excellent service from the beginning to the very end

    We are repeat clients; we chosen Becker Windows & Door for windows replacement in 2004 and 2019. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew and the sales contact. Alex did a fantastic project in our house. In the future, we will use Becker Windows & Door for replacement of remaining three windows. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new windows.     New Windows

    We hired Becker Windows to install 11 new windows in our house. Overall, we were very pleased with their service through the entire process. Alex confirmed our appointment with him the day before and arrived on time. He discussed different options with us and made recommendations on what would work best for our house (colour, etc). The price was comparable to other quotes we received, and the time between purchase and installation was reasonable and inline with what we were told when we ordered the windows. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The new windows look great and are exactly what we expected.

    13 Windows

    We had 13 Windows installed by Becker this fall . The whole team from David the salesman to the installation we couldn't been happier with their service and professional attitude .Would highly recommend

    Window Replacement

    Our experience with Becker was positive and stress-free from start to finish. David our sales rep, was knowledgeable, informative and offered his expertise and suggestions in a consultative manner. The installation crew was by far the best we have ever dealt with; they were true professionals; the work was completed flawlessly, on time and meticulously. The team was very respectful of our home and left no mess for us to clean up. Overall, we score Becker 10/10 and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows and doors.

    Windows throughout back of the house in Brooklin

    We loved the confidence and expertise of the sales person we dealt with. He was especially helpful in deciding which windows we should use in different rooms. The installation was also very clean and professional and we're very happy with the new windows.

    Painless installation of new windows and doors

    After agonizing over the choice of a company to replace all our windows (close to 20 in total), as well as our front and patio doors, we decided to go with Becker Windows & Doors, and we couldn't be happier! Alex dropped by to go over everything with us in detail and answer all our questions, and when we had more questions by email, he always responded very quickly. He was very clear right from the start that it would take 4-8 weeks for all the windows to be ready for installation, because the company makes all their windows to order. About 6 weeks later, we were contacted by the office to schedule installation, and the crew who showed up (Danny and his assistant, whose name I forget) were very professional and completed the whole installation in under two days, including cleanup! They were quick and thorough, and we've been very happy with everything so far (it's been a couple of months since everything was installed): not a single issue with either the windows or doors. In conclusion, we're totally satisfied with the product and the service provided by Becker. Heartily recommended!
