    Sump Pump System Breakdown

    After a near emergency with water shooting everywhere, I was pleased to have this company (referred to me by 2 independent sources) come out quickly to resolve our problem. The plumber/gas fitter, Dan, was positive, personable, conscientious, and knowledgeable. His confidence in restoring our system after the fiasco, was reassuring. He not only replaced pipes, clamps and reconfigured our double sump pump system but also willingly (in deep snow) corrected the piping outside to redirect the water further away from the house and the sump. I am impressed with this company and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to others.

    Water pipe replacement

    Good service. They arrived and finished the job on time. They need to replace the cast iron pipes with new plastic pipes. Water runs smoothly after but cut too many holes on the wall in my basement.

    blocked drain

    Dan came out to clear a blocked drain. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and told us exactly what he was doing and why. He also had helpful suggestions for a bathroom reno. Would definitely use Butler Plumbing again.

    video inspection of sewer line, snaking drain, fixed toilet

    We wanted our sewer line inspected, and found Butler online. Dan arrived right on time, and was very efficient and thorough. He took care of everything we had asked for, and was happy to do some other jobs that we thought of while he was there. Dan was careful to protect our floors and cleaned up afterwards, but what impressed us the most was that he took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure we understood it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and Butler Plumbing.

    Plumbing Needs

    Had Dan out from Butler Plumbing and he was excellent. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Helped me track down a part for our bathroom faucet that proved very difficult to find. Highly recommended

    navien flush

    Had them out to do a flush of our tankless water heater. They did a great job.Technician that came to our house was awesome and showed us how we could do it ourselves.

    Replacing underneath of sink

    Robert replaced an outdated chrome piping underneath my main bathroom sink. He was very professional, neat and completed the job in a timely fashion! He also gave a few tips on how to install a different sink. Highly recommended; I will definitely be using their services next time I need help.

    replace hot water tank and polybutylene pipes

    Had a free quote done about a month ago and arranged an appointment to get 30 year old hot water tank replaced as well as a couple other jobs like removing all the polybutylene pipe throughout the house. It was a big job and 2 guys worked for 5 hours to complete the job. While I would like to have given these guys a 10, I was a bit disappointed that they did not fix the hole in the ceiling like they said they would. They said they had a trap cover that they could install. They never did. But they did go through all the work and explained what they had done and the price was very reasonable. They tidied up well afterward and were very polite. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others but I think they could have gone that one step further to get a perfect 10.

    Butler Plumbing

    Aquarian Renovations has used Butler Plumbing exclusively now for a number of years. We utilize them for all types of renovation jobs. From small bathroom and kitchen renovations, to full house makeovers. These jobs would involve new hot water floor heating systems, multiple bathrooms, steam showers and even Geothermal Heating, and Cooling. I would reccommend Paul, Kevin, Margaret, and the rest of the staff for any plumbing work that you would require. Their workmanship is excellent, their prices competitive, and their service and work ethic is second to none.

    Drain fix, Furnace repair, hot water tank fix, shower tap fix

    Robert, Kevin and Dan were out on three occassions for three different jobs and they were great - and one was late on Sunday night. Timely, tidy, professional, polite. I am incredibly pleased with the company and their staff. In these days of mediocrity, you have restored my faith in the trades. Well done gentlemen!
