We were having difficulty getting the sensor on the sump pump to work properly. After calling Butler, the person I spoke with asked a few questions and was able to book an appointment the next day. When the plumber came, he assessed the situation and within a few minutes explained what the problem was. He worked efficiently to repair the problem and then explained exactly what he did and what caused the problem. He was very knowledgeable about other questions we had and he did a fantastic job. Would call this company again.

They did a good job installing the water softner. got appointment easily and they provided prompt service for my work. Goos job done. highly recommend. Go for them. Get them to do your job

We found butlers plumbing online as a highly recommended plumbing company. Gord came to our door and was very helpful. He found the problem within minutes and did so in a very polite and courteous manner. We were pleased with the service and will use them again.

Initially I called to have Butler replace my leaking exterior water taps. When they arrived I also asked them to look at my aging water tanks. They carefully inspected the tanks and gave me two choices - they could drain the tanks and check for sediment build up and repair the valves that led to the tanks or they could replace the tanks. I was quite certain that replacing the 14 year old tanks was the better way to go but was absolutely stunned when they said they could complete the job that very day. I asked if they had enough time to tackle such a huge unscheduled job and the plumber responded, " we're here to address whatever plumbing problems you have". I didn't know what to say - I haven't heard that in the service industry in recent years. I was pleasantly surprised as was my husband when I called to tell him that they were going to fix every thing in one day. Our neighbour who is in the construction business had referred us to Butler and when he did so he said, " those guys are unreal, they blew me away with the job they did on our house" . I thought to myself if they manage to replace my taps, change out my water tanks and install a water softening system ( late morning request on my part) all in one day I too would have to admit they were "unreal". I am in a state of shock as I write this but am thrilled to say that the Butler plumbers that arrived at my home this morning managed to do all of those jobs and they did them with expertise and professionalism. They were polite, efficient, and beyond competent ... they demonstrated a level of excellence in their trade that I haven't seen for a very long time. They are more than deserving of the title "unreal"!!

I had sewage backing up into the shower. Gord came the first time to videoscope the line and found backflow valve was not in it's correct place. Today Gord was here to find the valve (and in the process found an access to the line ) and fix it. He also replaced the toilet and fixed a shower diverter in the second bathroom. He was here on time on both occassions, didn't waste any time getting the job done AND took the time to tell me what was going on and showing me everything that he did. He allowed me to take pictures of the work that was done- which I really appreciate as I keep a photo record of all the repairs done to the house. Prompt, efficient, under the estimated cost and Gord is very friendly and informative. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.

Excellent work, Gord and Clint worked effectively and efficiently throughout their time here. They were very patient and more than helpful. This particular job ran a little longer than expected but they powered through without complaint.

The service quote from internet submission was prompt and fairly accurate to what I paid. The service tech that came was excellent, very polite and friendly. The actual time it took for him to clean out the pipes was only 2 hours and did a nice job, no mess at all. Definately would recommend this company to anyone.

We discovered we had no hot water on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. I called Butler Plumbing, not expecting that they would be able to get to us that day. I was told they could fit us in and that it would be about 90 minutes. 15 minutes later, the plumber called and said he was on his way. The plumber was polite and efficient, and took the time to explain the problem. I appreciate this, as I want to learn about what is going on and how it has been fixed. Within an hour and half our hot water was working and we could enjoy our long weekend. Great work!

I have used these guys in the past for other repairs. THey are always up front and quick to get the job done. I highly recomend them for all reno jobs.

I partially installed new sink myself. Ran into problems. Butler finished my work plus installed a new toilet in short order for a reasonable cost. Will use them again for our next plumbing job.
