    Great customer service and good quality product

    Great customer service and good quality products. I am very pleased with the style and quality of the nightstand for such a fantastic price. Usually low prices mean a compromise on quality, style or both. This has not been the case.

    Best product and good service

    "we purchase a Bayfield King Bed from here. Best product quality at affordable prices. Everything looks great and fits perfectly. I was able to get the unique look that I was going for. Highly recommended."

    Eric couch

    We ordered a couch, the wrong one came in they said 2-3 weeks for what we ordered to come in- no phone call. We went into see what our options were as we weren't happy with what we got. We chose another couch they wanted another $1,500 from us. At this point we asked for our money back and walked away.

    sectional order

    I ordered and paid for a sectional on March 12. I needed furniture for an event I was hosting on May 18 and was told by Barry that would be no problem. It was being shipped May 2. I have called every week or two since May 5 asking about my sectional. Sometimes my call goes directly to an answering machine and I never get a call back so I have even went down to the store to get an answer. I always get the same answer since May 5...it is on a container. I'm just really tired of waiting. I could have shopped somewhere else and had my furniture by now but I was guaranteed it would arrive by May 18 so I went with it. I am definitely regretting my decision.

    Great People

    This is my second experience with Big Comfort Furniture. A few months back I bought a recliner for our nursery. The price was right and we've enjoyed the chair. Decided to go back today after visiting the store behind them (extremely over priced, sales people stalk you like you're an antelope roaming the Serengeti.) I'm so glad we resisted their overwhelming sales person and returned to Big Comfort instead. Took home bedroom furniture and sectional for just with in our range!! So far, we're very pleased with the furniture. We also bought a high top kitchen table. It should arrive next week. I can't wait! I plan to go back when we upgrade the basement. We will, however, not be visiting The 2 stores behind. I don't appreciate their sales tactics. Thanks, for the laid back approach. No pressure sales will win over customers every time.

    Sofa and Recliner

    Sharon and the Manager worked with us while selecting a sofa and recliner. She was everything I dreamed a sales consultant to be. She was personable and highly knowledgeable about furniture. She gave us the space we needed to look around and to discuss our options without feeling pressured. I highly recommend her to future customers! She made furniture shopping fun! I feel confident that she helped us make the best purchase to meet our family's needs.

    AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I ordered a chair from Barry and they kept saying delivery was on track which was not true, he never actually looked because once i finally spoke to a manager i was told it has not even been shipped yet. They didnt even offer a discount just free shipping after all the frustration and it is still going to be a few weeks and now i have to start over with someone else !

    Bad customer service!

    Initially, our experience was positive. We received excellent service at the store and were able to negotiate for our furniture. We put the delivery on an indefinite hold as our place wasn't ready yet and we provided them with 6 weeks notice to have the furniture ready for delivery. Three weeks prior to delivery, we call to also order a battery pack. Estimated arrival is 4 weeks and it has now been 6. I've called on a weekend and they've promised to follow-up on Monday only to not call. I called a week and a half after asking my sales associate for answers only for them to promise to figure it out and then not call back. They claim to have great customer service but it is terrible. They do not make an effort to contact customers and the sales associate actually asked us our favourite beer so they could send it with the furniture but alas, another false promise and sales tactic. Only reason, why I did not give 1 star is because the furniture quality is good.

    Lost furniture/didn't receive my money back ..

    It started with the delivery of the wrong colour rug (1000$) and Steven arguing with me it was the right one. I had to go to the store and get the flore model. Now stupid me I bought the automan and put a down payment on a chair. So after 15 weeks automan isn't in so I called several times and same story . Steve or Amar isn't there .. There always out and there's no help . so I've been waiting 2 plus weeks for my money and I gave my credit card # twice to Steven and didn't get credited back 1300$. Really really bad service. The pretty boy is just really polite that's all with no pull.. I do not recommend walking in that store .

    Awesome staff!!

    The staff is extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciated Kelly she made me feel as if I was at home. I felt she really knew her stuff I would gladly shop there again
