Popped into Big Comfort Furniture, wasn't sure what I was looking for. But One of the sales associate Kelly Latour asked if she could help. I must have looked overwhelmed. Kelly was great, she asked me some questions and then gave me options on furniture to suite my space. Kelly was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. Will definitely recommend others to go see Kelly at Big Comfort Furniture!

I bought 2 set of furninure and the staff and the manager promise us 3 to 4 minths until now we dont have it. Every time i will call to follow they will say the manager is off, the person tesponsible for checking the order is out... So many alibis..The worst store ever.... Dont you ever fall for their convincing words....very vary..bad service.......dont you ever attemp to go to this syore uou will regret....

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting Gee. Very Respectful and Friendly people. Great store, bought Mattress and Dining. Great delivery team. Will recommend this store to everyone. Gee was a great salesman. He was attentive to our wants and needs without being pushy! We would recommend him any day!

Affordable and great quality selection!! I was in there, last month on July 14. Looking for painting and accessories and end up buying sectional from their Palliser collections. Jay helped me with my purchase. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable (Thanks Jay for your help !!). I felt so comfortable working with her. She quoted me 6-8 weeks for my order, but I got my couch in a month. I am amazed and definitely going back for my future purchase.

Delightful experience and such a pleasant surprise! We didn't even have Big Comfort on our shopping list when we were looking for our new home furniture and they happened to have the stools we had fallen in love with and fount them through the SunPan website. They have a phenomenal selection, were a delight when I called to find the amazing price on the stools (MUCH better price than another Edmonton store!!) and Steven Worobec was a pro to work with once we got there. We ended up purchasing two beautiful sectionals, 3 stools, 2 ottomans, a chair and a coffee table. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Period. - Diana McGee

We have purchased the Aspenhome Entertainment Collection - Young Classics in Big Comfort on Nov. 22, 2014. Price with delivery: $2,178.75, The set was delivered and set up by delivering company on Thursday, Nov. 27. 2014. After the setup was done, we noticed a few defects: - Cracked shelf above the TV space - The two light fixtures on the sides of the light bridge were broken (leaving us unable to screw in a light bulb) - Light switch is not working - Close to the middle light fixture there are 5 drilled and patched holes The entertainment furniture piece we bought was from display, but it wasn’t sold to us - AS IS. We spoke to the Big Comfort store staff as well as speaking with the manager of the store, who assured us that everything would be resolved by the beginning of January. However, we have received zero help on their part. It is already March of 2015 and we have yet to receive any response after the many emails and personal complains concerning the defective Entertainment Collection. We tried shortly after purchase contact the store and our sale representative Ann, however she didn’t even try to exert any effort to help, and just hung up on us. Prior to paying for the furniture set the staff was very kind and helpful, but after receiving our money they are not even remotely willing to put in any time into resolving their mistake. As they already have our money, the company has lost all interest in us and the problems that have come up due to their highly inconvenient error and negligence. I am rather surprised that the company has dropped their façade of helpfulness so incredibly quickly, with absolutely no apparent interest in keeping up the reputation of their company and us as their future clients.

This was the worst furniture I've ever purchased. Originally priced at $5799 +150 del and $200 for ext warranty, I got it on sale with del/warranty for $3200. After listening to them preach about how there quality was Far superior to any others, I thought this would be a good deal. The sofa and loveseat were delivered Jan2/15 and in Less than 2 weeks the sofa started malfunctioning and I have been getting the run around from the store for weeks about getting it repaired. The serivce group has not replied to my email, the manager said they would contact me and i've heard nothing. I call back Jan27/15 and the saleswomen Ann was Rude and pretty much told me the manager was on days off so no one could help me, when I told her that was unacceptable, she hung up on me. I would highly suggest shopping ANYWHERE else but this store. The customer service is terrible and the service/warranty is even worse.

this has become one of my favorite places to shop. great concept great selection always cutting edge. I love this store, modern furniture and affordable. Their customer service amazed me. Steven helped me with my purchase step by step. Great place
