My upstairs Radiators stopped working, I called Mark on a very cold day and he was able to come out that day and fix it. And the best part - was that he could have sold me a pump - and install it - but he realized that a simple cheaper solution would work instead! He also took the time to show me safe practices, and fixed some non related issues. Thanks Mark - great work!

Mark and his team came by to take a look at my older furnace which stopped working the evening before. He was very professional, came within the hour, finished the job quickly. It was a huge relief to me since I have young kids at home and it was freezing in the middle of winter. He actually repaired my furnace about 3 years back and also did an excellent and thorough job. At that time it was a bigger job, and with the age of my furnace I was surprised it lasted that long before needing repairs again, which speaks to the quality of work he did last time. I would not hesitate to continue to reach out to him for help.

Someone who cleaned the heating ducts in my house showed me a discoloured grid in the furnace room. He said it was a thermostat for that space, that it was defective and could be dangerous. It didn't look like a thermostat and when I tried to describe it to electricians on the phone, they would not come. I phoned Mark who came that day with an assistant. The thermostat was defective and it was replaced. Both Mark and his assistant were pleasant and efficient, and the price was reasonable for three or more hours of work. I highly recommend House Depot.

We needed our electrical panel flipped as soon as possible and Mark was not only able to come and give us a quote right away, but he also was able to do the work for us within the week. We were surprised how quickly he was able to get the work done and were very impressed that he would not take payment until the job was passed by the inspector as well. That was a very comforting factor for such a significant job. We have since decided to use Mark for other work as well and are very pleased with him.

We were issued a warning from Enbridge about a gas leakage late in the evening. I called Mark at 6pm and he was able to come take a look at 8pm that very night. He was able to find the leak, shut it off, and fix it the following morning. I was very pleased with his timeliness and friendly interaction. I will definitely recommend Mark to family and friends going forward.

Mark came on time and worked on my unstable pot light. He was very pleasant and professional. The problem was intermittent, but he was able to determine what the cause was. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend Mark.

My 5 year old furnace has stopped heating the air on Friday night, December 27. Not a good time to be without heating... After looking for possible causes and founding out nothing I can do with it myself I called to Mark at 8 pm for help. He asked if it is OK to come tomorrow morning at 10 am. He arrived on time and located the broken part pretty quickly. But he did not have a replacement part (pressure sensor) on hand so he adjusted not working one so it starts to work but warned it could stop at any time again. This is what exactly happened in one day, on Sunday. Again, no vendor was available to buy the sensor so Mark has offered a similar one for free to pick up until he could buy a new exact part. I installed myself the replacement and we spent our holidays in a warm house. I was impressed how fast, professional and knowledgeable Mark is. Folks, if you are looking to fix your furnace - look no further and call Mark at House Depot!

We had a very positive experience with Mark and his team from House Depot. When I called, Mark answered the phone himself and even though it was a small job he came to the house the next day. The job turned out to be more complicated than initially thought so he and his team had to make a return visit with extra equipment and materials. However they were back within 2 days and we were very pleased with the job they did. Even though the job was more complicated than Mark had quoted me for, he did not increase the cost significantly. I would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend it to others.

We had an old electric water heater and wanted someone knowledgeable to come in and assess our needs and give us their expert suggestion....Mark did exactly did! He came in the next day to assess our needs and installed a Gas Water Heater within a day!!! We are extremely satisfied with the Mark's work and would gladly recommend him :)
