    Tankless Water Heater and Dryer Vent

    Mark installed tankless water heater for us and while he was at the house we also requested that he installs a dryer vent. During the installation, some challenges were discovered with the way our duct work was run. Mark found creative solution and spent extra hours rerouting the duct work and solving our problem. He really is committed to getting the work done for the customer and it was refreshing to deal with someone who has such a strong work ethic. Thanks again.

    furnace

    house depot had previously installed a traceline at our house and as he did great job called him again to fix our heater and in half an hour he fixed the problem. everyone should definitely call him if they have problems.

    Chandeliers fixtures

    I am very please with the job that Mark and Vadin performed in my place. I had 8 fixtures to install and some electrical job to do, like adding sconces in powder room. They did not leave the place until the job was done. Vadin worked so hard all day. Really appreciate how promptly Mark responded by providing an accurate estimate and scheduled the job same week. Will definitely recommend both of them, great team,

    Electric Furnace Repair

    This is going to be a long one. My electric furnace was not producing heat for the past month. I called many of the big names to try to repair it and some local companies (about 20 to 30 different companies). Most of them didn't work with Electric Furnaces or were "too busy". One company showed up looked at it and said they can't help us and wanted to charge us $99 just for coming. Only after telling the guy we called their call centre twice to confirm they were sending someone to look at an electric furnace did he leave without payment. I finally had two companies come out. One of them looked at it and saw how old my furnace was and saw dollar signs. They advised me I had to replace the whole unit. Quoting me $8000 - $9000. The second came and quoted me $6000 but he would need to confirm. We could never reach him again. I was desperate and was considering paying to have it completely replaced. In a last ditch effort I tried calling a few companies to no avail. I came to Homestars to call one last company. House Depot, I called and spoke to Mark he offered to come the same day. He came looked at it and not even 30 minutes later said its fixed. I couldn't believe it. After 30 calls and 1 month of dealing with space heaters I finally had heat coming from my furnace. I would highly recommend these call for any HVAC needs. He told me they also do plumbing. I will definitely call him for any home improvements I may need.

    Pendant Light Installation

    After contacting a dozen other electricians, Mark was the only who got back to me in a timely fashion and with a reasonalbe price quotation. It seems like all the other GTA electricians and companies only answer to big, complicated jobs. Mark scheduled me for an appointment later that week on a Sunday, which was very much appreciated. On the day of installation, he texted to confirm that he was on his way and arrived just before the scheduled time. After his colleague finished the pendant installation and cleaned up (including taking away the extra cables, random packaging etc), Mark came back to check and make sure everything was working and looked good. I would definitely recommend House Depot for any random electrical jobs and will be contacting them in the future.

    Trace line Installation

    Mark did a great job putting up a trace line outside. it was very easy to reach them and came right away the next day and made sure everything was done perfectly. So I called house depot again to fix our boiler and I am sure he will do a great job.

    Furnace repair

    I called Mark from housedepot to repair my furnace, he came with an hour and he fixed my furnace. The problem with my furnace was not heating the whole house as before, plus there was an issue with vent piping and Mark fixed the leak as well.

    Replacing stack's lining

    Excellent service. committed to the quality! highly recommended. it wasn't am easy job, poor access and cold weather, but the job was well done, much better than I expected. very satisfied with the work.

    House Depot

    Mark was very professional and prompt when contacted for our furnance emergency. It took a call to this repairman to find the solution that Enbridge missed to begin with. Highly recommended.

    Cameras Installation and Ceiling lights

    Mark and Vadin came 2 times to my place: 1st time to install 3 ceiling light fixtures, 1 backyard outlet and on the 2nd visit, to install 4 Security cameras. Both did a great job discussing the job prior to the installation and I recommend them as very reliable electricians.
