    Electrical & HVAC

    For the past 3 years Mark has been the Contractor/Electrician in charge of Electrical & HVAC services for our properties and we have been extremely pleased with the results. Mark provides a complete and clear information about the job, this quality information enables us to rely on the pricing to be sure that the job gets completed on time and budget and knowing that there won't be any unwelcomed surprises.     Light Installation

    am so grateful to house depot,I tried to find an electrician to install light in my unit.i checked everywhere and the prices were too high to afford.When i found house depot they let me know what prices i looking at.I see a huge difference.house depot did a beautiful job,they surpassed my expectations. Overall, I am very happy I chose house Depot to install my lighting.

    Fixing Electrical Outlet

    Mark came out to fix a dead outlet in our second bedroom. He was quick to schedule an appt to come out and came on a Sunday to get it all fixed. Thanks Mark!

    Tankless Installation

    Had a tankless water system installed. Mark about five years ago installed a tankless in my previous house. I just had to do it again because of the huge savings in gas. Installation was done within a day, on time, within the stated price quote. I couldn't be happier.

    Pool heater repair

    I have a 20 year old pool heater which was not starting up. I called Mark and he came the next morning on a long weekend. A friendly and knowledgeable guy, Mark was able to get the heater working quickly and showed me clearly explained to me what he fixed. Thanks!

    Ductless AC repair

    The big companies couldn't find the leak in the AC with their fancy technology. Mark came very quickly, monitored the leak to gauge its severity and had it fixed in no time.

    Under Cabinet Lighting and Hot Tub installation

    After seeing the positive reviews, I decided to give Mark a call. Mark was very professional, courteous, and did a great job in the time he said it would take to complete. I highly recommend Mark.

    Electrical wiring

    This is not my first review on this company. However I am compelled to do so again due to service excellence above and beyond the norm. Mark completed all of the required wiring for my new pool pump and related fixtures, he did the job neatly and professionally... that was enough, but after my pool equipment installer could not get my new pump running as it tripped the circuit breaker on every attempt, I called Mark at House Depot and he arrived at 9:30 pm after a long day working on other jobs, he drove for an hour to get hear, spent an hour and a half checking all of the related circuits only to find that the pump had been wired incorrectly... he fixed the problem packed up shook my hand and left. No charge! Folks it does not get any better than that. Thank you Mark... Herb Benson

    220 Electrical source for pool Pump and equipment

    My review is simple, My regular electrician was out of town for an extended out of province job and I needed my work completed so that my pool equipment installer could proceed. I called House Depot, got Mark on the phone right away, we scheduled a time he and his helper arrived as promised and the job was completed in a professional manner and to my satisfaction for a fair price. I am a very fussy guy and like things to look neat and tidy Mark did this without my asking. I will call House Depot again when the need arises.

    Breaker Replacement

    I was so lucky to reach Mark on a Friday afternoon. My brother and father have an old breaker system in there home and are normally reluctant to call professionals, preferring to fix things on their own. A breaker that delivered power to an entire floor was broken and needed replacement. My brother and father were unsure about dealing with an electrical issue. Not being familiar with House Depot, I took a chance on them on behalf of my brother and father, solely based on the many excellent reviews. Mark and I stayed in touch via text and phone so I felt assured the problem was going to be resolved despite the time of day. Mark arrived, took care of the problem with efficiency and charged my brother fairly. Thanks again Mark! We will likely be in touch for more work in the future!
