    Heating repair

    We recently moved into an older house and the furnace made an awful noise when we started to use it. Mark came by quickly at a time convenient to us and was able to reduce the noise right away. Some parts needed replacing and Mark was able to do that in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. We also had him replace an ancient thermostat that no one could figure out how to program and fix a baseboard heater that would come on by itself again at a reasonable cost. This is the second time we've used Mark's services so he comes highly recommended.

    Heating and Plumbing Services

    Mark (HouseDepot) to the rescue! My dad and brother live in a place that has been slowly falling apart for years. What is wonderful about Mark is that he answers the phone when you call and makes himself available almost immediately. He fixed an unusual leak in a radiator, tidied up all sorts of plumbing in the laundry room and replaced a shower and bathtub fixture that had been leaking for months! It was difficult work but determined to finish in one visit, kept working until after 10pm! His care and determination is so very much appreciated. He refused to leave things unfinished being concerned about leaving the place without being able to turn on the heat. Very compassionate and trustworthy. Thank you Mark.

    Pool Equipment

    We had Mark from House Depot come back (they had previously installed gas and electrical service to the location of equipment at the start of the pool project) to connect the installed pool equipment (Heater, Pump, Salt Cell and Pool Lights). Everything was done as agreed and for the greed price and the confirmation of the "pass" for the electrical permit was provided by email.

    Electrical (outdoors)

    Mark and team were very professional and did exactly what we were looking for. Outdoor electrical work for waterfall feature. They stayed until everything was to our satisfaction. Would recommend and would use again.

    A/C Unit and Spot Lights Repair

    I called Mark because he is an electrician and also an HVAC technician. I was very satisfied with hi service and his pricing was unite reasonable. He was very knowledgable and inspired a lot of confidence not just for his knowledge but also for his work ethics as well. He was on time, and worked with a plan for 3 different repairs in the house. I would definitely call him again. Highly recommended.

    panel upgrade

    I call MArk to upgrade the panel board, which was fuse type and all the time we had problem with the panel. Mark gave a reasonable price to do the job and upgrade the panel to siemens circuit breaker types. Mark did a clean job, labelled the breakers, and even mark did extra job at no extra charge to fix our three way switch for the stairs Mark gave us 1 year labor warranty for the job.

    Installing light fixtures, pot light, vapour barrier in attic

    I called Mark and he accommodated me based on the fact that I needed my job done immediately. He was honest, and helpful, and even gave me advice about other issues he saw in my attic unrelated to his job. He was patient with me as we decided on placement of the lights and I was happy with the final product. The pricing was pretty similar to other electricians, but he didn't rush the job at all. I would use him again.

    Gas and Electrical Service for Pool

    We retained House Depot to run an electrical and gas service to the rear of our lot to service a new pool and related equipment. The ability of House Depot to provide both electrical and gas services was convenient and reduced the coordination that we had to do with other contractors. Mark was very friendly, quoted a competitive price and was able to accommodate tight schedules with the other contractors who were working on the project, including coming in on weekends. We plan hire Mark again to install a sub-panel and connect all pool equipment when it arrives.

    ductless AC installation

    Mark did some work on my boiler last winter and at that time I inquired about ductless ac, which he said he could install. After getting many estimates, Mark's came in on the low end and I decided due to good service in the past to go with him. It as a big job! 2 ACs! Mark and his helpers were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, They even ran longer drain hoses so the condensation would not drip on the driveway. There was a minor problem with one unit and Mark came as soon as I texted - it was a minor fix! Mark followed up a couple times to make sure all was well - and even texted to tell us another customer had received a rebate on their AC unit and encouraged us to check into it. Definitely a great place to get your electrical and HVAC work done!

    Lighting Installation

    I needed someone to install lighting in my home. I called house depot to do this and I was amazed by the results. Not only did they do the perfect job but they charged me a very reasonable price and and provided me with excellent customer service. I am very happy that I chose house depot and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to install good quality lighting. Thank you so much house depot team!
