Very pleased with the Sales Rep,Jamie,and the delivery service.Jamie was very patient with us and the delivery guys were amazing.

Great salesperson, Glenn, who was knowledgable and personable. He took the time to learn our preferences and needs. Then he exceeded them. Delivery was speedy and perfect. Price was the same as everywhere else but the extended warranty was a great deal and the delivery was free. They also took away the old fridge. We could not be more pleased

Everyone was helpful, polite and courteous from the sales person all the way through to delivery and installation. The process was fair and transparent. No hidden fees or costs. No surprises. The delivery people were professional and friendly. I would definitely use Canadian Appliance service again.

Terrible customer service. Spent 5000 on appliances. Called sales on the morning of delivery, concerned about height of fridge. Was directed to inform delivery guys, have them bring it in and see if it fit. If not, have it put back on the truck and we'd exchange it. Guys unpacked it. Brought it in. Back just fit under the cabinets. They left it 18 inches from the wall, took the old fridge and left. I tried to slide it back against the wall. Wouldn't go. Top of fridge hits cabinets as it's slanted to the rear. I suspect the delivery guys modified something to lower the back so it would fit and they wouldn't have to put it back on the truck and return it. The only height adjustment is on the front legs. Problem is it's on the wheels at the front and can't be lowered, only raised which would slant it even further. I contacted Derek in sales immediately. Been in runaround hell trying to sort it out since. I had to raise my cabinets so it's not sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Now apparently im stuck with a brand new fridge that can't be leveled. Recieved an email this morning saying they're doing nothing because it's been plugged in. What was I supposed to do? All my food was removed from the original fridge which they took. It had to go somewhere and they lead me to believe the fridge would fit.

Right from the first call, Jermaine was responsive, helpful with guidance and found me a product that fit my needs and budget. The delivery was right on time, the next day and the drivers were excellent. The were careful and professional and got the washer set up efficiently. This is the way to do it!

After delivery, while delivery team didnt open box, CAS didnt provide any support for installation while I want to pay Please dont buy any product from this company Will not support you

I bought A new freezer a couple of days ago. I was told the freezer would be here on Friday and that I would be informed in advance of when the guys would be coming to deliver it. I was informed via email. It did arrive Friday morning, as promised, and the guys were great! Polite, friendly and efficient! I have a low ceiling in the basement. There was not a lot of space for them to turn the freezer to get it into the room where I wanted it, but they managed and there's not a scratch on it! I'm very pleased!

Fast next day service, and very receptive staff. Appreciate the new hoses that came with it.

The technicians were on time and professional. They installed the washer dryer in 20 minutes and hauled away old appliances. Very impressed with Canadian Appliance source especially their real time tracking service and competitive prices. Will definitely recommend CAS to family and friends.
