    New Freezer

    Bought new freezer fro CAS and found there prices slightly under anyone else and the service was excellent. Website is well done and when speaking to customer service about delivery they were efficient and helpful. Would buy from them again.

    Delivery service is terrible. Worst i have ever experienced

    Worst delivery experience Ive had. Got one call from deliverers (missed it while in the shower) and called back 7 minutes after and then again multiple times thereafter. They informed me that I will be charged an additional $100 for a second delivery. Very disappointed in their customer service. They need to reevaluate their delivery services as this is unacceptable.

    After Sales Nightmare

    The experience I just had with the delivery team was the worst I have seen in my years around this industry. It was a clown show for the lack of better words. Movers yelling at each other, disrespect for my house, lack of any common sense with attempting to move the appliances no tools to do job, being untruthful to get out of doing the service I paid for, scraping the hardwood having to tell them to stop. All this being said the job was left uncompleted with an appliance sitting in my living room, and the other outside on the porch. Its 3 days and not one manager has returned my call and or numerous email... sales accociate kept saying he has escalated the complaint and has done all he can do ... yet my only recourse is to wait. Customer Care is a joke- they read from a script as if this is a daily occurance. I have paid for a "white glove service" yet they take your money and hide when there is a problem. Customer care is rude and unwilling to solve the problem. Please do not order from this company...unbelievable.

    new dryer

    The salesman was G R E A T--- even though he made an error of hook up of $50.85. The delivery guys were G R E A T The lady who called to tell me to pay $50.85 more for hookup before delivery was aggressively rude. "either pay up now or change your delivery date". I had everything removed from the laundry room into the kitchen and dining room.
