    GE Washer and Dryer

    This is our second online purchase from CAS. After choosing appliances we checked with CAS (Hadi) and were able to arrange for purchase and immediate delivery. Hadi was helpful in facilitating this. I appreciated the regular contact so we knew exactly when on delivery day the appliances would arrive. The 2 men (Kevin amd his co-worker) that delivered the appliances took great care getting it set up. From start to finish we are happy customers.

    LG Washing Machine

    Old washing machine died. Other stores contact had a very long wait for a new machine. CAS was able to locate one very quickly. Delivery was on time and excellent!

    Product-dishwasher

    On line research of products, called it in. Quick actual person response. Credit card purchase with secure additional steps. Best communication from CAS. DELIVERY day had a track your order system. AWESOME!! Would easily purchase from this company again.

    Electrolux washer and dryer

    The two gentlemen that delivered the product were polite, efficient and very informative. The salesperson was good but did not know everything about the products and the extended warranty, but did ask for assistance.

    Fridge - delivered, old fridge hauled-away

    Happy with everything. Timing in middle of 4 hour window. Three nice gentlemen brought in the new fridge and took away the old fridge. No mess left behind. We were impressed with the belts used to carry fridges vs. dolly and possible wheel marks on floor. Thank you Canadian Appliance Source.

    New Washing Machine

    Excellent service and support from this company, who I was using for the first time. They were able to ship me the product I wanted within one week, while other local companies said it would take 1-2 months. Delivery and installation were well done. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

    Do not use this company

    Worse experience we have ever had. Stay away. After waiting numerous months with no sign of getting our Fridge/Freezer pair, we got notification that the freezer was available. And then it was gone again. We contacted and was told we had to pay the remaining balance and then they may be able to find us a pair...really? They held the items until we fully paid. Then when we go delivery the freezer had major damage so it was returned and replaced a week later. When we had both units, we plugged them in and the Fridge does not cool at all...ie: DOES NOT WORK. We reported it immediately and were told "Kindly know that the issue has been reported after 48 hours. Unfortunately, CAS will not be able to take back the appliance." Why would we have plugged in the fridge when it's paired freezer had not arrived yet? Sad excuse for HORRIBLE customer service. We now need to get Frigidaire to REPAIR our brand new not working, never used Fridge. There is no excuse for CAS to have not replaced this brand new, never used, $3k fridge. They have plenty of excuses...but any decent company would have ensured their customer received a working appliance. RUN RUN RUN away and buy ANYWHERE else.

    stove

    Went in to get a stove salesclerk was very helpful did not try to upsell up or sell us more than we were there for. Found us a white stove with air fryer and convection and had delivery 5 days later.

    Delivery

    NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Horrible horrible experience at this store and CAS in general. I dont recommend ordering anything from these guys, you cant trust their software system, because it is buggy, it mixed our order with someones else's, they asked us to wait over 5 month and once they got our order in stock they said it is a mistake it is not in our system, you have to wait naother 6 month. they promised us a delivery date to get our order and pushed it like 10 times, their excuse was delay from Bosch, finally they said the oven is received and it is available to be shipped to us. After 2 days they said sorry system mistake, this was not your oven!! you delivery is in 6 months. We called them multiple times and told them that without the oven we cannot move to our house. They said our system has made a mistake and sorry you have to wait until 6 months to get your oven. They confirmed that their system has made an error but they didnt agree to give us the oven, even if it is in stock , they say what they have in stock is more expensive than the price we ordered. The only option given for us to get the stock is to wait another 6 month.

    CAS - Second Purchase was just as good as the first

    I ordered a Frigidaire freezer. During the purchase I got excellent service. The White Glove delivery service was excellent with respect to service, timing and efficiency. I had bought a stove from CAS almost 3 years ago and because of that good service, I knew I could count on them eve though everything is online now...not what I am used to but it was all fine.
