    Appliance delivery

    Competitive pricing. Great service and delivery process. Kept us informed of the ETA of the delivery. Delivery crew were efficient, professional and displayed excellent customer service.

    Product delivery

    The salesman at CAS was very helpful especially when my appliance was back ordered he helped me find Ana alternative. Delivery men were quick and efficient. Thank you!

    GE Cafe stove

    Company kept me informed of any delays in delivery with good communication & follow up. Day before delivery received 4 hour window of time and day of delivery a text to say they would be arriving shortly. Delivery was smooth and efficient and delivery staff excellent. Would definitely recommend CAS.

    Purchased Cafe Dual Fuel Range - prompt delivery

    Dylan L., the sales professional,Is very courteous and helpful. Delivery was quick and efficient. Wide choice of ranges. Bought a fridge from them a year ago as well.

    Got what we needed and fast

    We needed a new washer as ours broke. We went to CAS as they had a great selection and offered next day service. We met Elizabeth who was very helpful. She was able to get us the item we wanted and next day. The delivery and install service was quick. Guys were polite and remove my old washer and dryer and intalled the new ones fairly quickly. Overall we are very satisfied with the products and service we have received. Thank you very much CAS

    After sales support is non-existent

    I was told the dishwasher I bought had a stainless steel tub. It was installed and had some issues, and after a week the repair people came and informed me the tub was - in fact - plastic. I was confused and called the salesperson who realized he made and error and owned it right away. So, frustrated but understanding (we are all human), I began what should have been a straightforward return. Yes it was installed, but it was supposed to be stainless steel and while I did not crawl inside the dishwasher to verify it (who would?) it was not obvious to the average consumer. the inside was an almost black 'felt like steel' material that matched the black stainless steel exterior. To the eye, it all looked the same. CAS wanted nothing to do with this return. I had to threaten legal action before they would acknowledge me, and even then, did not want it back. They acknowledged the error was their own but it was an uphill climb every step of the way. They did not reimburse for my install or even ever say 'geez, we are really sorry'. They just kept going on about how they would have to write it off now and did not want to. That is simply not my problem. It took almost 2 months and relentless follow up that drained me in every way. I could have accepted the mistake (we are all human) but never will I accept how they chose to handle it. Disgraceful and an embarrassment to themselves. If you go there, you are likely to find very nice and knowledgeable people and great prices. But if you need any after sales support, and they have your money, well you are in trouble at that point. I think a company really demonstrates itself after the sale...and I could never shop there again or recommend.

    Dishwasher purchase

    Great service from Barries Canadian Appliance Service. Delivery was as scheduled and prompt within the scheduled time. Online purchase was excellent. Thank you!

    Selling my unshipped dishwasher for 40% more

    UNETHICAL AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PANDEMIC SUPPLY PROBLEMS TO MAKE MORE MONEY. I bought and paid for a dishwasher 14mos ago. I continue to be told it's not available and they don't know when it will be. That maybe I should cancel and order another one. But to get one of same value will cost 30% more now. And they won't sell me the same quality for the money I already paid. I went on the website and they are selling the dishwasher that I ordered for 40% more than I paid. I called and spoke to a salesperson and he told me if I order it I'll get it in two to three weeks. When I asked how I can be sure of that, he told me they've received and shipped dozens in the past couple months. I was furious. I emailed management (they don't speak to customers on the phone) with this information and all I got back was an email saying my dishwasher is not available and they don't know when it will be. So they are not filling old orders BECAUSE THEY CAN SELL NOW FOR 40% MORE THAN WHEN THEY TOOK MY ORDER.
