    Kitchen frig, stove, and dishwasher.

    I don't have a story. What do you want me to say? I Waited 8 Months for my frig and stove and still don't have my dishwasher. It will be one year before I receive my dishwasher.

    Bought a new stove over the phone!

    Our oven died on Christmas day - we checked online and found some available at Canadian Appliance Source. I initiated a chat and the automated service put me in touch with Anthony. He helped me choose a unit that met my price range and had the features desired. The process was very easy, and I appreciated his input. The unit was delivered a day later than expected (we did 3 day delivery, got it 4th day) as the stove had not arrived at the shippers till after the truck had left, but once the delivery guys arrived, took our old unit out, and we were cookin' in no time. Thanks Anthony.

    Washer/dryer

    The pricing for the washer/dryer installation and removal was competitive; note that they were unable to commit to the original delivery date and had to push it out further due to over bookings. Also, for liability reasons the delivery will not disconnect your existing appliances — you will have to undertake that work yourself before the delivery arrives or risk a reschedule. The delivery people were prompt and did their work well.

    REFRIGERATOR

    WE NEEDED A NEW REFRIGERATOR, FOR OUR HOME. CHECKED OUT THE LARGER STORES BUT DID NOT FIND WHAT WE LIKE. DECIDED TO CHECK OUT CSA AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED.

    Oven Purchase

    Sales person was pleasant and knowledgeable. Delivery team was very polite and helpful. My only complaint with this company was the delivery date mix up. I was promised delivery Christmas Eve morning as my oven had stopped working and I needed a new oven to be able to cook my Christmas dinner. I was later told my new oven would not be delivered until after Christmas- December 28th. I waited all morning and afternoon for delivery and eventually received a phone call to say there was a mix up at the warehouse and my oven would not be delivered until the next day. Finally got my new oven December 29th in the afternoon. Delivery team were very nice and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my new oven now that it has finally arrived.

    Frigidaire Fridge

    Great service both gentlemen communicated well with each other and worked efficiently together while ensuring they were aware of their surroundings and identified objects to avoid when moving the item for example doors, light fixtures

    Samsung Fridge

    Thanks for the excellent and efficient service!! Great boxing day sale and quick delivery and removal of old appliance which is very convenient. When we finish our kitchen reno, we will be ordering from your company.

    Quick and friendly service

    We purchased a dual fuel range with an extended warranty. We had great service when purchasing, negotiated a good price and had quick delivery. The service men who brought the range unboxed it and brought it into our home easily. The tracking app to monitor specifically when delivery would occur was also very helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

    Gas range

    From the showroom to the purchasing process and fulfillment, this was a top-notch experience. Constant communication throughout the fulfillment process ensured we knew exactly what to expect and when. Our salesperson, Deshane, was very knowledgeable about the products, and the delivery team dropped things off without a hitch. We’ll be back when it’s time for another appliance purchase.

    Good choice of products at reasonable prices.

    The delivery service is excellent! The company sent us notice the day before the scheduled delivery time slot, which is a 4-hour opening. The same day, the delivery person called to confirm the arrival time. They are very efficient and professional and super nice. From the depot to the removal of the old device, it only took them 15 minutes. No mess left in our house. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you!! Our Farheen sales representative. Actually, it is so quiet that I have to leave a note on the kitchen counter. that said: "Dishwasher in progress" so that nobody opens it while in progress as there is no On light visible when the door is closed!! Once installed, everything works well.
