    Maytag washer & dryer

    We ordered Maytag washer/dryer on Dec 23 as our LG washer died. We had ordered from the Kitchener location over the phone. Percy was very helpful with go over the different brands/models. Delivery date was scheduled for December 29th, which we thought it was quick timing due to the holidays. We paid for old washer/dryer removal and install device. The install was very quick.

    Great washer/dryer and installation service

    Brand new lg washer/dryer with pedestal. Installation team was super friendly definitely recommended. Washer/dryer took longer to arrive due to COVID but love it so much! It was worth the wait.

    Laundry Appliances

    Inder was super helpful, friendly and prompt. Thank you Inder!! Delivery on time and friendly. Great experience. I would recommend this company for sure!! Hoping our appliances will last a long time!

    Excellent service and communication

    Canadian Appliance was very helpful in selecting my new stove. My oven had stopped working and I was looking to upgrade and to get some new features. They were great it took about 5 months but I know with Covid getting goods into your store is not easy. Through it all they kept in contact and when it arrived just before Christmas delivery was quick. We had a great Christmas! Thank you Canadian Appliance!

    Refrigerator replacement

    I needed a new refrigerator in a hurry after my old one died. I looked over various sites online and was overwhelmed by the options. Trying to get fit, finish and availability to line up was difficult especially in these times of supply chain disruptions. I came across the Canadian Appliance Source website and found what I needed. They did have the refrigerator I wanted but it was in a different city. The wait time was acceptable but Yvonne was able to recommend a different one that was in stock locally. Fit, finish and availability all lined up and I had my new appliance in a little under two days. I am very pleased.

    Oven range purchase and delivery

    Purchased a GE gas range, double oven from CAS. Liked the buying experience, with an online chat feature that connects you with a real live person, you can get a discount even off the online price. Liked the real-time online tracker for delivery service the day-of, made it easier to schedule our gas fitter to disconnect and reconnect the ranges. The oven itself arrived in perfect condition, and our delivery team was excellent - efficient, professional, and personable.

    In stock and delivered in less than 2 days

    Our washer died. Looked at product options and stores on line. The Canadian Appliance Source had the washer we were interested in. It was on sale for Boxing Day. Furthermore, it was in stock and could be delivered in two days. Purchase was made and new washer arrived in the AM within 2 days after buying. Overall, great no-hassle service. Delivery service was efficient with advanced warning via email and text of delivery window. Delivery guys were professional in taking away old appliance and installing new washer in its designated location N.B. customer must ensure to unhook appliance for it to be taken away and hook up is not included in the price of delivery service.

    New stove

    The wife and I went into the store, greeted and introduced to a salves rep. ( Ruby ) We discussed our needs and than went around the store check various appliances. Ruby was able to gives us a great price, arranged delivery and removal of old appliance. All was completed and delivered within 72hrs. Thank you :

    Appliance Delivery from Heck

    I’d pick 0 stars if I could. A dishwasher was purchased but no one in the company mentioned that it requires a larger voltage than conventional western washers. Not only was the first delivery delayed twice and then finally delivered and outside the window provided, a swap was requested which took another 2 weeks organize the replacement dropoff and it was pushed back 3 times until we finally received the info of Next Tuesday (nearly a week in the future) When we finally did receive the replacement washer, the techs didn’t put any effort into installing it—they connected water lines, hit start and said they were good. They neglected to remove, what we would learn are, the shipping blocks after “installing” it, which they were paid extra to do, they snipped the loops on the shipping blocks instead of properly removing them. For those who don’t know, shipping blocks are used to keep the suspension in place when shipping to prevent wear and tear.. needless to say when your washing machine sounds like it’s running a marathon in the basement we found the source of the issue with a “REMOVE” tag pointing to all the mounting locations. The business is atrocious and they can’t maintain the schedule they set out for themselves and their techs don’t have the proper knowledge in order to properly install the machines and ensure they’re in working order. Save your time and money and find anything else.

    Generally satisfied, but unfortunately the epidemic situation has delayed the order by half a year. The salesperson followed up well. Almost all brands can be found here. I hope your company will continue to expand.
